I've never attended zumba, but I imagine the cardio portion is similar to that. We danced our way through several songs, and the energy in the room was infectious. You could tell that our instructor, Allison, really loved teaching the class, and that the people attending really loved the workout - everyone would clap, sing out loud and get really into just having fun and letting go throughout all of our dance moves. Paper towels on ground and dirty paper towels on counters. There was no females on staff on the particular Saturday I went and so no employee could go in there and take care of bathrooms and showers. It is so important to have at least one female to take care of shower and restroom Issues.

The staff is super friendly and always brings great energy and the people who work out there are just as locked in and positive, so it's easy to stay consistent. Even though it's a little difficult to get book sometimes, the sauna is clutch after a workout and the fact that they offer assisted stretching sessions, massage guns and immune boost treatments, amongst other things is a game-changer. They also have this outdoor training area with turf, if you want some fresh air or sun. You don't see all of this at many gyms in SD. It's little stuff like these things that makes you actually look forward to going back. If you're looking for a gym that's got everything and makes you feel good while you're grinding, this is the spot.

Speaking of dumbbell rack, what genius decided it was a good idea to put the heavy dumbbells on top rack and the lighter ones on bottom? Also most people don't re rack or wipe down machines. This gym has it of potential but someone needs to come in here and straighten this out. I just signed up but I'm seriously considering cancelling and taking the L on the initiation fee.
