This apt complex has so much character! I fell in love with the sunroom. The staff are amazing and so incredibly helpful, it made our transition here so much easier and less stressful! The area has all our fav stores too within 5-10 minutes with no freeway involved! The high school is also just a few blocks away. We couldn't be happier here!! read more

Horrible experience. Leasing agents rude af. They don't want to work. Need new people in that office. Worst customer service ever. Both girls are rude don't seem like they want to help new inquirers. Management need to train them to be more friendly and learn how to speak about information in regards to the apartment. I was the one asking all the questions. Never coming back . They truly are not helpful. My friend ended up having to take care of his sick mother and couldn't pay rent until 3 weeks later, they would even offer a payment plan ( which all other apartments do ) especially after a huge tornado and storm that we had.. After loss of work, loss of power... they didn't offer any type of help OR consideration after I recommended 4 people living there.. I was upset for him. New management wasn't an improvement sadly, they will get over on you when they can.. I worked with him through this eviction and they weee extremely unhelpful. Would never recommend to anyone again. This place is the worst to live at, they don't enforce any rules that they list are rules all they do is send out empty threat emails. People speed through out the complex me and my daughter were almost hit on multiple occasions and there response was we are installing speed bumps which they have not done. Don't enforce the smoking rules our apartment and the building always smelt like weed and cigarettes. Charge you for any little thing possible they can, appliances are old and inefficient unless you get a new "remolded" unit. DOOO NOTTT LIVEEE HEREEE!! if i can say one thing, please, for your SANITY do not live here! in fact if you come to visit this place RUN AWAY!! they are rude, and cruel and they take advantage of younger people, people of different races and ethnic backgrounds, they charge you for anything if you do anything to make them upset. so i moved into this God-awful place in May of 2023, i have waited to write a review until my lease was up because these people are EVIL! they do not care about their tenants in the slightest and if i were to have written this review while still living here they would have found something to charge us for or to abuse power. So as i previously stated, we moved in to the awful apartment at Sync in May of 2023, our apartment was INFESTED with roaches, in every aspect of the house. my final straw was when one fell into the shower with me, and i woke up one morning. with a roach plastered to my face. After about a month of complaining, being ignored and submitting proof (that i still have to this day) they still ignored all my requests. so i threatened to sue them if they did not either move me apartments or release me from my lease. they finally moved me to a new apartment, in which i had to pay more money AND sign a new lease but this started an entire issue for the next year. my dryer stopped working, after many work orders (3 months) i was finally given a new one, that was old, barely worked, but it was enough hassle to get it fixed in the first place, so i just lived with it. my ac would not cool under 90° in the summer time, i complained for weeks (i have the proof) they finally replaced the ac (mind you, it was used it was not new) and it barley worked but again, kept my mouth closed because it was easier than arguing and begging them to do their jobs. i was being stalked, on property, i called the cops, filed a complaint the cops advised me to leave, when i relayed this message i was again, ignored and told that "it wasn't their problem" and please i have the proof! we pay for TWO parking spaces, and they towed a family car that was registered for the night, away, and refused to reimburse us. i had black mold growing on my ceiling, which caused a huge hole in my ceiling i made a work order, and was told "we can't do anything that's for an outside party" to finish things off, my husband and i were granted great job offers in Dallas Texas. we opted to pay our reletting to get out of our lease, again i have the proof, so management if you're reading this, i will expose it, and they told us we could pay our reletting fee, but we also HAD to pay the rest of our lease. so reletting fee plus all the months rent. they were RUDE, snarky, disrespectful and awful. so, do not live here, save yourself, your family, your health, your money, and most of all your SANITY. this place is awful, downright awful, and they deserve to be exposed for their actions. The manager, Bertha, can not be trusted here. She lied and accused me and my husband of breaking their old used up, 90s microwave that I never used, and my husband probably used twice at the most. Break-ins are always happening at this place, including the mailboxes, I saw cops over almost every week. People party all hours of the night while people are sleeping with no consequences. Thank God our stay was blessed until WE MOVED OUT. We kept getting a notice to pay $144 to this place, but me and my husband and I did not see on our end that it was to replace an old microwave that's been there for years!! Otherwise, I would have NEVER given these people a penny! My husband and are EXTREMELY busy, hard-working people (something Bertha lacks as a manager) and thought it the $144 was for a rent adjustment. There is another review below from a Lady Karen who endured the same fraudulent issue. Stay away from this property and corporation, they cannot be trusted! I just can't wait to move out. CANNOT WAIT. Toilet has been "fixed" twice and now broken 3. I called the office at 525 when they close at 6, they stopped texting me and then wouldn't answer the phone. How are you gonna give me a deadline on MY OWN PACKAGE? And then not be available to find me time to get it. I work 9-6 and you can't put it at my door upon request? And now I have a deadline? Screw yall. They also took aaalll my personal belongings from my storage unit claiming they thought it was a tenant who recently moved out, but my BRAND NEW TOOL BOX WAS OPEN AND RIFLED THRU. They're very unprofessional, un responsive, un reliable & I'm so over it. I pay way too much for this place & the kitchen is from like 2005 cmon y'all. I hate it here. read more

The only thing I like is the dog park. The front office staff is rarely helpful. The gym can get filled with after school kids so eh. the business office doesn't suffice, I've had to go to the library 20 mins away three times now because unfortunately the computer weren't accessible. The computer room is open but if the printer isn't even connected to the WiFi then whats the point? Also if they say that they've renovated any apartments it's not true, literally got a landlords special and there's mold in restrooms that's been painted over with REGULAR PAINTS....like not even the outdoor kind that can withstand moisture ! Might want to double check cabinets or get glass containers for everything bc there are termites?? Idk but there's always bugs in pasta/rice, breadcrumbs, even CEREAL, like you won't even live in your space safely. A/C filters barely get replaced every few months although it should be a new one every two. I don't recommend living here unless you want to develop some type of allergy/sickeness or want to be over paying to be over looked. Apartments next door are prolly 1000% better. read more

These people are so unprofessional and maybe it's because they see I'm a black immigrant and think they can discriminate a d mess up my leasing credit I've worked hard for. My 90 days note was dropped off, and another 30days and they kept lying it wasn't done to get money frome me after their lying employees, very competent won't do what they are supposed to do and they find a way to put it on the small guy. Exactly same way ROSALVA HERNANDEZ sent me messages through a government thread without even stating who she was and i kept responding based on it was the Rent relief. These people are out to get black people and possibly ruin your chances to get your lives shelter benefits. Not going to happen to this small girl here, i assure you. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, THEY ARE THEVES AND LIARS!!! These people are deceitful as hell. I filled out an application and paid my $ for an apartment. I very carefully read the disclosures, deposits and risk fees. They then are trying to get twice as much money from me than what the secure portal will ops me as non refundable deposit. I don't think so, on principle I refuse to pay non refundable deposits. I would NEVER have applied had they told me there was a chance there would be a non refundable deposit- ONE THAT THE SECURE PORTAL VERY CLEARLY DID NOT MENTION IN ISTS VERY DETAILED EXPLANATION OF DEPOSITS AND FEES. I clearly dodged a bullet with these liars, I am so glad this happened now not after I signed a lease!! Oh! And the property manager is just a doll! I really like the property from outside. Pros: It is near to kids pediatric center, day care, bank, grocery and restaurant, most important thing Park&Ride, etc.. Cons: The major concern property is not really clean. I have made 3 requests to clean after I move in. It's a minimum curtesy to take care of the cleaning and remaining stuff whether everything looks good or not while handing over a property to newly moved one. I request, look at the apartment before move in and address all the issues if any. I really fed up complaining. Finally property manager has cleared some of them. If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. Overpriced, everything always breaks. They say they'll "fix" appliances but they do the bare minimum to make it run again. There's mold in the walls that just gets painted over. There's always people just sitting in their cars in the middle of the night which makes me feel so unsafe. The rent goes up so much every time you renew, having a carport is extremely expensive even though finding parking is ridiculous and very difficult because more than 70% of parking available are carports you have to pay for. They change prices and add charges every month for no reason. Do not waste your money here, you will be miserable. read more

Very poor sound and heat insulation. I've heard all neighbors sounds from their dishwasher and washing machine to sounds of steps and their argues. Staff changing frequently. Always new people who don't remember you and your previous requests. They didn't know they own regulations and were not able to help me with moving out routines. They didn't return me a deposit and still didn't pay my agent. Gym was impossible to use - everything broken. I liked there maintenance people, who fixed everything quickly. Also this complex has good apartment layouts and cheeper price for this aria. read more

SYNC @ Kingsland Ranch has wonderful office and maintenance staff. They respond to all requests quickly. The complex has had and continues to have renovations to keep the complex looking both nice and safe. It is located very close to I-10 and Metro Park and Ride is conveniently located next door for commuters. Staff walks around the entire complex every morning picking up trash to maintain it's cleanliness. This is a pet friendly complex with 2 dog parks and poop stations throughout the complex. It also has a full gym and a large swimming pool. I would strongly suggest checking out SYNC @ Kingsland Ranch and consider making it your home. read more

This is the worst apartment complex that I have experienced in my whole entire life of living in apartments. I don't know where to start but the staff is rude and they literally are thieves. The corporate office never answer your calls and if they respond via email they told me that I haven't paid my early termination fee which I did and I sent a receipt. I almost think this is a scam because when I sent out the email they never confirmed. If you wanna live in a place where you open your fridge and drawers and find roaches then you can live there. I wasn't living in my apartment physically but I went there every once in a while so when I put my 30 days notice they FORGOT to "updated" in the system so I still moved my stuff on July 1st but they told me to keep the electricity till July 31. So I looked at my bank statement and saw that my electricity bill is $173 for someone that doesn't live there??? I called my company and they said there is someone moved in there. It must be nice huh I paid everything fully for the month of July and have another person living there. If this is not stealing at its finest then I don't know what is. Maybe they think I walk on the street and it rains money on me. Horrible. read more

This place is infested with fleas and management refuses to do anything about it. When I confronted the manager she ran away saying she had an emergency. This was after 3 phone calls and 4 visits to te office where we told she was in a meeting and would be contacted after. Calls have not been answered and the young woman in the office has been nothing but rude. We had flea spray overnighted to deal with the problem since the office refuses to, only to have the woman Jessica receive it, and lock the door. Another night sleeping with fleas. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! There are many apartments available around this area, there is a reason this place has vacancy. read more

We love our stay at Elysian. Staff is always eager to assist, they are always friendly and go the extra mile. Maintanance and on site team is 10/10!!! We have had problems with noicy neighbours and AC stoped working but they fixed problems in no time. The only reason I am giving it a 4star is due to other tenants that leave the gym in chaos with times. There will be weights and litter all over the place. They really need to set some boundaries with these people. Put in more rules. Or get a system that works with them. read more

Let me start by saying when I first moved here in 2015 it was nice an quiet, if I had any maintenance request they were worked very quickly, enjoyed having the option to pay rent online. Fast forward to 2017 I decided to renew my lease that was the worst thing I could have done.. Now it is always police here, break ins, power going off an on, maintenance request stay open for what seems like forever, Utilities (water) being billed absurd amounts. You would think with the amount of rent they charge here the amenities would at least work. Sadly they don't. An don't bother calling the front office they all give you different answers an just lie. If you are looking for a place please do yourself a favor an keep driving!!! SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I have lived here since April 2019 and like one of the other reviews my apartment was not presentable the day they handed me the keys. There was trash outside my door and the front door had so many scrapes and scratches. I had to call them to clear the trash and they said maintenace would try and get to painting my door. Well fast forward 10 months later and it was never taken care. Also my apartment had a mAjor roach problem. Other than those issues I really haven't had any major problems until my water bill tripled one month. I called the office and spoke with Claudia who just said that she would submit it to corporate but I still need to pay it other wise they will charge me late fees because it's MY responsibility. Well no one ever got back to me. Mind you I called about this issue 2 weeks before the rent and water were due. I call back last week after not hearing anything and Wendy proceeds to tell me that I used 11,000 gallons of water in a one week period. The SAME week my bathroom had a major leak under the sink and a piece had to replaced on my toilet to stop it from running. I spoke with Corporate who advised they would get with the office to confirm the dates of my service order and that Wendy would give me a call. Well! That was last week! I have called to speak with her and left a message but no one has returned my call. It's crazy to think they don't want to offer any adjustment on a water bill for THEIR pipes and equipment that broke. My water usage has been under 3000 gallons for ever month I've lived here and they want me some I believe I just somehow used that much in once week. BULL!! read more

I've lived here for a little over a year. It was pretty decent when I first moved in. Property was clean, the gates worked, there was trash around my front door every morning and then things changed. The right has been broken for about 3-4 months. The blinds are super cheap and break. When I asked for a replacement my request wasn't taken seriously. My fridge went out in May. A filthy infested fridge was placed in my unit. Within weeks I start seeing roaches(never saw a roach prior to the filthy fridge). My unit was treated and the problem cleared. I asked for a different fridge and the lady in the office asked was it broken. I told her no it was nasty most likely taken from an empty unclean unit. The replacement fridge leaks water and I'm scared to send in a request because I don't an infestation problem. The kitchen and bathrooms are totally dated. I usually don't complain however the complex has deteriorated in such a short amount of time. read more

First off I want to say you get what you pay for. This place is a complete dump. If I could give this place negative stars I still think it would be to good because they deserve NOTHING. And the only reason I stayed here for two years was to save money to move to a nicer place. As I was reading some of these reviews I noticed that they are all complete bullshit. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they offer gift cards for people who write good reviews because even management knows this place is a fucking joke. When I first moved in two weeks later someone was murdered above me (just to start out this review), took two weekS to get our washer fixed that included multiple emails and calls because nobody would email or call me back, same thing happened with our air conditioning and since we live in Texas we all know we need our air. Last summer the swimming pool was completely green for about a month before anybody cleaned it and I know people were complaining but the staff didn't give a shit. Recently there has been multiple things broken into. To start out with our mailboxes have been broken into twice, there has been a few cars here and they're broken into which I understand happens everywhere but last night 30 cars were broken into. 30! And here's the best part they don't have security cameras, The gates are always broken and left open, but that wouldn't matter because our gate code is blasted on the side of the building right next to the gates. For anyone who doesn't know our gate code is 7200. Just come on over and see for yourselves since we let everyone into our community!!! Also, when something bad goes wrong they always send out a nice little email blaming us. They take no accountability for not have ANY kind of security. With the murder they blamed the people for not locking the doors even though the door was kicked in, with the mailboxes they blamed us saying we left our mailbox is open (oh all 300 of us?) ok, and for the cars being broken into they sent an email saying we need to get to know our neighbors to understand our surroundings. HOW IN THE FUCK DOES GETTING TO KNOW MY NEIGHBORS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH WHY 30+ CARS GOT BROKEN IN TO? HOW. PLEASE EXPLAIN. DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR THE LOVE OF FUCKING GOD!!!!! After trying to get a 17 y.o. microwave replaced they said it was do to bad usage and were going to charge me $275 to replace it. I told them No thank you that I'd have my guy come and do it for cheaper. They do not communicate with you. No emails. No text until I had them come and look at the microwave. Do not ever apply to this rental property. The property management playing this game of accepting applications, collecting all these extra fees, then denying your application and keeping the fees. What a bunch of scumbags. My story: denied my rental application based on a very minor traffic ticket violation. After consulting with my lawyer it was determined as a clear discriminatory case. They told me the application fee suppose to be $99 for all tenants, but yet have collected $225, and now refuse to refund. A complete fraud activity which need to be investigated by law enforcement. read more

I have lived here for about 4 months and I love this place!!! Everyone here has been absolutely kind from the start unlike other places where they act all sweet and as soon you sign your lease they completely change. Maintenance request are taken care of immediately no matter how small they are. They truly care for the tenants here and they always have cute events going on.
