There's also mold on the window panes, and the screens are broken, so we can't even open our windows for fresh air without letting more bugs inside. Pest control has been sent out well over 10 times and they do a little spray, but the problems remain the same. I even had a silverfish fall onto my desk from the ceiling while I was working from home. The infestation has gotten so bad that we cannot sleep in our own beds due to multiple findings of them crawling in the beds. We've had to sleep on the couch and even stay in hotels when we can, just to feel safe and comfortable. It's sad and unfair because we can't keep affording extra costs on top of already paying rent for an unlivable home. Photos I've taken don't even capture to the full extent at all of how many pests we've seen since living here. The trash areas around the property are also constantly overflowing, which only adds to the pest problem and makes the community look neglected. On top of this, the noise levels are unbearable you can hear constant stomping, furniture moving, microwaves beeping and closing, full phone conversations, and even neighbors snoring through the walls and ceilings. The ceiling vibrates from the noise, making it impossible to feel comfortable at home. We've brought these issues to management repeatedly, but nothing has been resolved even though the environment is clearly unlivable and unsafe. This community is severely overpriced for the conditions it puts residents through. Between the pests, water damage, mold, dirty, poorly maintained pool, and noise, you will not find peace of mind here. Save yourself the stress and do not move into this property. read more

Overrated! This is not a luxury apt complex. No matter how hard they try. There is trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, you will NEVER find parking and if you park where you're "not supposed to" they'll tow you right away. There is even people selling cars and having mechanic shops out of their garages and taking up all the parking spaces! Trash is ALWAYS in the elevator, and not only trash, dog pee is pretty common too, yes, in the ELEVATOR, I've even seen vomit. People do not clean up after themselves. When they attempt to power wash the hallways water will get into your apartment. People throw party's in the bbq area late at night. Spiders and spider webs everywhere if you look up from inside the buildings. etc. If you're used to actual luxury living this place is not for you because you will be BIG DISAPPOINTED. We thought about canceling out lease so many times but ended up sucking it up for a whole year. read more

Here is said carpet that needed a "pet cleaning". There was indentations from a standard bedframe, which is normal wear and tear of an apartment. They must expect you to sleep on the floor in these places. Do not live here if you have any type of furniture, as you will be charged for a pet cleaning. read more

Dogs' piss and poop found right in front of my door on multiple occasions. The leasing office doesn't even care... The way they respond to your communications is just very short. This is one of the dirtiest places in Katy-- nothing to have with luxury. Don't be fooled by the little lake. Please stay away. I will be moving as soon as my contract expires. read more

I loved there 3 years and they get better with the costumer service and the maintenance, I'm so sad to say goodbye just because we needed something bigger in first floor; unfortunately they don't have it for now but the apartments are super beautiful , like brand new . Appliances very new and excelente conditions , all model and kitchen are super spacious and they worth the price. I have 2 kids and they are super noise , they run for everywhere and NEVER receive a complain for my neighbors so I assume they have thick walls , there are some reviews about other residents but honestly admin team can not manage other behaviors . I lived in this complex for a year and absolutely loved it. The grounds were well kept and the unit was beautiful. I never had any noise complaints and never had to call maintenance. However, three stars because of the constant burglaries. Cars were broken into several times a month as well as units. I lived on the third floor with a pool view next to the leasing office and my unit was broken into in the middle of the day. Yes the door was locked. I was shocked when I learned there were no cameras on the property ESPECIALLY since I was right next to the leasing office. The complex really needs to step up their security. Management has changed since I have lived here. I can only hope they take new measures to ensure the safety of their residents. read more

I've lived at this community for 3 years now and can not wait for my lease to expire. There have been multiple times I've submitted a work order and have to turn around and call them a week later to remind them to do their job ! I've never lived at any "luxury" community that takes a week PLUS to complete work orders. Pool is closed on Mondays for "maintenance" and they lock off all the gates that also grant access to the fitness center. Don't even get me started on the pool. You pay extra for a pool view which every weekend there are people who invite everybody they know and have pool parties .loud speakers are brought, not courteous to small kids in close proximity , etc. there's no courtesy officer (or not one that I've ever seen) so they'll be out at the pool area up until 12 am sometimes . Don't bother calling because they'll never answer. It used to be a great place until management changed. Wouldn't recommend. read more

After looking at over 20 apartments, we landed at Olympus Grand Crossing. They are the only apartment with a very nice walk in shower. The grounds are consistently clean and organized. Maxie, in the main office took care of us from the beginning until we moved in. I read tons of reviews on this place from different sites and the one complaint that is consistent is the lack of response from the complex. As someone who was looking to lease here I can verify nothing has changed in that regard. I've sent emails, left messages on the answering machine and still don't get a return call or email. It's amazing they can send an email about a lease but ignore the emails you've sent asking questions about the complex. I'm not sure how that is supposed to give a potential renter confidence in moving to the apartments when you can't get something so simple addressed. It seems like a good complex and the location is great but if this is how they treat residents and potential residents then maybe another complex would be better. read more

So far, I have good things to say about Olympus Grand Crossing. This place has been my home for the past one year and for the next and hopefully till I buy a home . I have had series of maintenance requests that were attended to in a very timely manner. The ladies at the leasing office are amazing and ready to help. Cristina and Heather have made my transfer to another unit very easy. I only have good things to say about this place. It may not be perfect for everyone but I love that they strive to make things better. The environment is well kept. People are always working to keep everywhere clean. I truly cannot wait for my lease to be over. I have lived here for two years now, the management is so poor and the way they speak to residents is appalling. Firstly, i had speculations of mold in my apartment, took pictures and documented everything for them to tell me it was the shadow or color of paint... then my apartment flooded from a broken pipe behind my fridge from the third floor last year, all three floors were flooded and not once did i ever see them repairing the ceilings and speculate for mold apart from patching up a light fixture where the ceiling on the bottom floor had filled with water. There's trash all over the place, Packages are stolen from the package room all the time, when mine was stolen i notified the management and they said they couldn't do anything at all.... I understand in apartments neighbors can be noisy but the walls must be made of paper, because i hear everything! Now, with my lease coming to the end, speaking to Angelica, the "manager" was so unprofessional, she speaks over residents and raises her voice down the phone, is appalling. I used to love living here but now I CAN NOT wait until my lease is up. This place has gone down hill over the past two years. Constant break ins loud inconsiderate neighbors. Patio parties in the middle of the night. People inviting friends and family over making noise in the parking lots even until the late hours of the night. I can't count how many time I've had to call the actual police because the on site courtesy officer is never available. Even now there is a guy who is running a mechanic shop out of his garage with cars parked in the way constantly. What is this a junk yard? There is always poop on the grounds and the hallways are atrocious because of the garbage. And then they finally do decide to clean the hallways the pressure washer floods the entrance of your apartment with water. The only person who answers the phone and actually does something in the office is Maxi and she's not even the manager. I absolutely love living in these apartments. There are no breed restrictions so they're very dog friendly. My dogs are a little on the wild side and the staff as well as the neighbors have been so patient with me and my dogs. Any maintenance repairs I've needed they are very quick to repair it. I've lived here for two months and I've had my car broken into on property, (30 cars were broken into). And management said nothing in regards to the break in and didn't offer any explanation for lack of security. Also, management called the police on me and my roommate who were sitting at the pool quietly minding our business because of "inappropriate swimwear". Now I can understand having a conversation about swimwear but 1. There was absolutely no one else outside at the pool to be "offended" by it and 2. It's not like I was wearing a thong or anything obviously not okay for the public and 3. Why did the police need to be involved???? The police being called made no sense to me and the officer himself seemed annoyed he was called for this. The property itself is really nice but so far the management hasn't been impressive to me at all.
