Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned -- true comfort food and the menu had so many amazing portions. What stood out most was the people. My waitress, Sarah, was incredibly kind and extremely attentive above and beyond, and Don even stopped by my table to personally introduce himself and greet me, say thank you, and check in. They need to have more Sarah's and Dons in restaurants and management. That kind of welcoming, family-owned service is so rare today -- it truly felt like being invited into someone's home. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and the food came out hot and delicious. El Spero has that rare, cozy, family-owned charm where the staff truly care about every guest.
