I liked the degree of customizations and substitutions that we we were able to make (3 egg whites and 1 yolk, substituted the potatoes with side salad, had the salad dressing on the side, etc.). Portion size of each dish was perfect for each individual. Although technically the lunch menu items weren't supposed to start at 11 am, we were able to get a few sides from that menu (side steamed vegetables and big Meditteranean Salad) - glad they were able to make that accommodation.
