I initially contacted the office through their contact form online and Brittany called promptly after to ask what I was looking for in a dentist. She is incredibly lovely and kind and booked me quickly for my initial appointment. The office is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly hardworking and personable. When I met Dr. Osborn, I was so happy to see how incredibly sweet and thoughtful she was as well how she wasn't just trying to get me in and out! She really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to get my Invisalign started right away and she made it happen that day! We created my impressions and sent them on their way. I truly can't wait to work with these great people more - what a lovely place!!

I've been taking my children to this practice for years without any issues. That changed when my…read moreson began orthodontic treatment. His braces have broken multiple times (six to seven, by my count), with brackets falling off just days after being installed on multiple occasions. Dr. Franz has twice blamed my son's eating habits, but I monitor his diet closely. I even watched a bracket pop off while he was eating a french fry. My son has an extreme overbite and it seems the case may be outside her area of expertise. Alyssa and Megan at the front desk have been extremely rude and have accused me of lying. When I asked Alyssa if I could speak with the doctor at her convenience, she lied and told me the doctor would not be in for the next three days. Later in the same conversation, she admitted the doctor was actually in the office. I've never experienced such poor treatment from a service I'm paying for. In fact, I've never been treated so poorly by any organization, period.

I have had sensitivity issues, enamel issues, and worn fillings that I have had to have cared for beyond my normal cleanings and they are always great about working with my schedule. Dr Bredbeck also is a very caring, personable guy and very friendly. He has very good 'bedside manner' and is patient even when I am a total weenie about Novocaine/shots. He is also very thorough and works carefully to get the best looking results. The reason for only 4 stars is just that most times I have been there, I have had to wait a bit in the waiting rooms. Not excessively long waits, but more than is really comfortable given that I am taking time from work to go to this dentist. I understand though, and all in all, I am still happy with them and do recommend him.

Every single person was friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all they didn't look down on me or make me feel bad for not taking better care of myself. Not once did I feel like they thought that I was below them in any way. I was very ashamed and feeling nervous about the work that needed to be done and one person in particular, I think her name was Kim, confided some very personal information in me that helped me more than she will ever know. I am so so grateful for the experience I had with this dentist. I will not hesitate for a second to recommend Biotic Breath and I will of course be back very soon.

(Believe me, with all the dental issues I've had, new dental techniques are something to get excited about.) However, this place let me down on all points. With its tacky style the waiting room is more like a hair salon than a dental office, and the surgical rooms were dirty and dingy. The dental assistant was clumsy and took way too long doing my x-rays. The dentist himself was awkward, and didn't instill a sense of trust in me at all. (Especially when he recommended over $6k in dental work.) Finally, I asked about the probiotic machine I was supposed to be tested with, but his reply was strange, "Oh, that's not here. I think the owner took it home today." Huh? The appointment cost several hundred dollars for a cursory consultation and cleaning, with none of the bells and whistles I'd expected of this place.
