My teen son had braces done with Brandon Linn. Our whole experience was excellent. Very personable…read moreand professional. Our son was comfortable there and we were very happy with the results. Highly recommend. Just to back-track, we first got a consult with another provider in town..(way back when at the beginning of the process), and that provider and staff never used my son's name in the appointment. They just walked in and each separately said "hello". It is not hard to look first on the paperwork and see who you are greeting for the first time, especially when you want their business. That just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Also, the main provider was dressed like a Louis Vuitton fashion show with everything flashy and high-end (shirt, etc). I love fashion as much as the next person, but I couldn't help but get the impression that my son would be more of a tool on how to get money for that providers' clothes, than a focus on care. So, in a nutshell, when we went to Brandon Linn's office, the initial appointment was very down to earth and personal, professional and kind. And so was every appointment with him and his staff after that. The results of my son's experience was excellent. Again, go to Brandon Linn if needing braces in Highlands Ranch!

It took me a while to decide on orthodontics for a variety of reasons. After my first meeting with Dr. V, I was all in. She was thorough, efficient, caring, consultative and possesses a confidence and ability to connect that added to a great experience. When doing something this important I want to work with a true expert, someone who values my goal and opinion, but just as critical is someone who I can trust to recommend and guide me in the right direction. Dr. V was the best guide I could've asked for. She is a woman with a well-thought out plan and a desire to get it exactly right. She checks in every step of the way to make sure I understand what we're doing and why and that I still like where we're going. Her genuine enthusiasm for the process and my progress was a bright spot in every visit. We made some tweaks and changes along the way, a clear indicator to me that Dr. V was wholly engaged in the process and the goal of getting flawless results. She didn't just set it and forget it...she applied that expertise throughout and the results showed it. I also cannot say enough about Kaylee. Also always a delight to see in the office and so easy to work with. She told me all the things that were happening and has a easy and comfortable way about her that just makes you feel confident and thankful that she's the person you get to work with. She's knowledgeable and supportive. She and Dr. V work so smoothly together which also has a big impact on the overall experience. I think Dr. V was possibly even more excited than me when my invisalign came to the end. She has that much passion for what she does and that much care about the difference she's making for me as her patient. I'm forever grateful that not only do I have something that looks great, but that I have total confidence that everything about the look AND function of my teeth is exactly right.

We were then left under the supervision of a general dentist, not a certified orthodontist. Unfortunately, my son's orthodontic issues were never properly followed through or corrected. We recently had an evaluation with a new orthodontist who confirmed he now needs a full orthodontic retreat. Despite this, the original practice has refused to offer any kind of refund or resolution to help cover the cost of correcting the failed treatment. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and consistent orthodontic care.

Both my daughter and I were given paperwork about what we would owe before we had the procedures done. They claim they got the estimates directly from our insurance. If so, how can they be wrong on what insurance will pay? I have paid my portion for what I was quoted and they now say I owe more. This is a scam. Insurance pays the negotiated fee, if this dentist wants more than the negotiated fee then don't take my insurance. My daughter was charged double what she was quoted! The office staff was rude and condescending when questioned about the additional billing. Their billing incompetence to get insurance estimates correct should not be the patients responsibility. This difference should be a write-off to the dentist and a wake up call to get staff that can get the insurance quotes correct the first time.
