We were then left under the supervision of a general dentist, not a certified orthodontist. Unfortunately, my son's orthodontic issues were never properly followed through or corrected. We recently had an evaluation with a new orthodontist who confirmed he now needs a full orthodontic retreat. Despite this, the original practice has refused to offer any kind of refund or resolution to help cover the cost of correcting the failed treatment. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and consistent orthodontic care.

They just walked in and each separately said "hello". It is not hard to look first on the paperwork and see who you are greeting for the first time, especially when you want their business. That just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Also, the main provider was dressed like a Louis Vuitton fashion show with everything flashy and high-end (shirt, etc). I love fashion as much as the next person, but I couldn't help but get the impression that my son would be more of a tool on how to get money for that providers' clothes, than a focus on care. So, in a nutshell, when we went to Brandon Linn's office, the initial appointment was very down to earth and personal, professional and kind. We made some tweaks and changes along the way, a clear indicator to me that Dr. V was wholly engaged in the process and the goal of getting flawless results. She didn't just set it and forget it...she applied that expertise throughout and the results showed it. I also cannot say enough about Kaylee.
