This was an entire waste of money. We changed orthodontists and thankfully he had better knowledge and skills and had been able to correct this disaster that went on for 3 years. Forget trying to resolve anything with their office, they just threaten you about payments and taking you to collections. Don't believe the reviews, they are paid reviews. Early in they will offer Starbucks cards for 5 start reviews. Avoid this office and doctor at all costs!

We've been very impressed with this practice. Whenever we've had any issues they see us right away…read moreand help us get it fixed. They try very hard to put nervous kids at ease. I was having a hard time turning my daughter's expander at home and they got us back in quickly to give us some tips and modify the tool to make things easier. A week or so later on a Saturday the expander started coming off. We left a message and they were able to get us in the office and get everything fixed within two hours. I was advised, Dr. I has a network of colleagues across the United States and if I needed a replacement retainer I could go to one of them and receive a replacement. I asked up front the coast and it was free with the treatment. Contacted the office today for a retainer replacement was advised for $200. What a jerk just to get me in and take my money.
