One of my teens was in braces from a place called NEO that suddenly closed their doors and we needed to find someone to take over her treatment. They were able to come up with a treatment plan and path forward to finishing her braces and getting into retainers. There were several in the family that got dropped by NEO suddenly mid treatment without warning, they stepped up to the plate to help us, and were so grateful. The doctor is so friendly, and so are many of the office staff as well. We enjoy coming here. And I would recommend giving them a call if you're in need of orthodontic treatment. I will also note we checked out 3 other orthodontists in the area, and felt best about going with Dr. Wiggins at Summit Orthodontics because of the knowledgeable, straight forward treatment, friendly staff as well as the overall price.

Several days before my appointment to get started, I was sent an updated quote that had increased $800 from my initial quote. When I questioned why my treatment cost increased $800, they admitted that they had made a mistake and were unwilling to honor their initial quote. Very unprofessional. Any legitimate business would honor their word. Needless to say, I didn't move forward with them. Use caution, as they cannot be trusted.

Everything from start to finish with my orthodontic treatment has been above and beyond expectations. I was given a free, in-depth consultation at the beginning that thoroughly explained all my options, their costs, and their time requirements. Above that, they ensured me a promising finished product due to all of Dr. qualifications. I decided this was the orthodontist I'd go with and I ended up getting ceramic braces placed on both upper and bottom. Due to the fact that I was going to college a few hours from Castle Rock when I got my braces placed, I needed Meadows Orthodontics to be EXTREMELY flexible with me and my schedule; they were that plus some. They were very friendly and accommodating any time I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. Each and every member of the staff I ever came into contact with was extremely friendly and out going and they always made me feel very comfortable and informed whenever I was getting an adjustment. Both offices were always very clean and welcoming each time I visited. They also appeared to have all of the latest orthodontic/dental technologies that most likely improved my overall experience and the ease of my treatment. Overall, the staff at Meadows Orthodontics made whats usually a very uncomfortable few years into a few easy-going and pleasant ones. I would recommend this orthodontist practice to kids, adults and everyone in between for their orthodontic needs. I am absolutely in love with my new smile and have no doubt that Dr. Rejman could transfer ANYONES imperfect smile into a perfect one.

At 20 Mile Orthodontics, we were greeted wonderfully and told that I had arrived just in time and that she really needed to have her jaw expanded and braces installed immediately. They gave my daughter a full examination (X-rays, photographs). We have Medicaid, and the staff did everything to ensure it was approved, and two weeks later we came in to have the braces installed. My daughter is happy; she got braces on her upper jaw, and in a few weeks, she will get a jaw expander, and in a month, she will have the same on her lower jaw. The staff is very polite and communicative. Since English is not my native language, they allowed me to make appointments via phone messages, which is very convenient. Thank you very much, 20 Mile Orthodontics is a wonderful clinic!

Compared to the other orthodontists we visited we were underwhelmed by the care that was taken during our initial appointment. There wasn't any paperwork or information to review, even after asking. The approach the Dr. wanted to take was very different from the 2 other doctors we visited and seems rather off-base. I overall I felt like they really didn't want or need us as patients. Be aware that you may not receive appointment reminders. I suggest getting a few appointments with different orthodontic providers before making any commitment. They can really vary in their approaches.

Well, eventually my bar broke, so I went to an orthodontist my family had used before. It took quite a long time (45 min. to an hour) to remove the glue from one or two teeth, and replace a little part of the retainer. (Like it WAS like 2" long, it broke at 1.75", they removed and replaced the last .25", and glued it in place.) I wasn't sure that was going to fix the problem of my front bottom teeth shifting, but I only had a couple of months to worry about it, because the glue started falling off, and I had TWO areas that were poking me, and making my tongue raw, so I bought lots of wax from Walmart and tried to keep it covered. But I usually swallowed the wax while eating, and so I just needed to get the problem fixed. But I wasn't going to go to the same ortho. I happened to be over at Southlands on 8/14, and I walked into Garlock Orthodontists, and I asked if they had any availability to have it looked at. It was 2pm, and they said "Yes, how about 3pm?" And during that hour, they took free X-rays, and scans of my teeth and bonded retainer to help Dr. Garlock figure out what can be done. (This place is huge, with lots and lots of techs, I've never seen an ortho office this large before! And the theme is beachy, so very cute.) So Dr. Garlock came and looked at it, and said yes, they could fix it, but not a "temporary fix" like what was done, he suggested a whole new bar, so the glue and bar would have to be removed from all 6 teeth. I was really dreading this, because it was a pain having the glue removed from just 2 teeth, how long would this take? An hour or two?? So I was moved over to Stacy's chair (same day, a few minutes later), and she has either 19 or 29 years experience at this! I laid back and tried to be calm, it helped that the TV above me seemed to be playing something like a Hallmark movie. Stacy was so gentle with getting the glue off that I was able to calm my body and enjoy the movie. Next thing you know, she's gluing on the new bar! What, the whole thing, removing the old and gluing on the new, only took 25 minutes!! I told Stacy she was AMAZING, and I was so glad that I walked in the doors that day! I left there dazed and happy, and when I got home and looked at my teeth closely, she used a lot less glue than the bulky balls of glue I was used to. If you are looking around to have your bonded retainer replaced, please make sure that they have a way to do it in-house, because if they have to send it out for 3 weeks, that is 3 weeks without your retainer (they have to take it off to get a good scan), and your teeth are going to shift a lot in those 3 weeks. So I would highly recommend Garlock Ortho. I know that they also have an incentive program for your children, to earn points for their grades, good Dentist visits, etc., and then they can spend their points on various socks and gift cards to restaurants like Cheesecake Factory. So that's very fun for them! By the way, Dr. Garlock only does braces, he does not do what Dentists do, fill cavities and such. (This is a plus in my book.)

This is a place that feels like home…read more I'll be back soon Love that y'all are in Southlands now Thank you for being so kind on the phone, amazing customer service.
