They were able to come up with a treatment plan and path forward to finishing her braces and getting into retainers. There were several in the family that got dropped by NEO suddenly mid treatment without warning, they stepped up to the plate to help us, and were so grateful. The doctor is so friendly, and so are many of the office staff as well. We enjoy coming here. And I would recommend giving them a call if you're in need of orthodontic treatment. Several days before my appointment to get started, I was sent an updated quote that had increased $800 from my initial quote. When I questioned why my treatment cost increased $800, they admitted that they had made a mistake and were unwilling to honor their initial quote. Very unprofessional. She made it through everything, got the braces and as soon as the novelty wore off, she refused to get her wires and bands changed. She wouldn't open her mouth and was very disruptive in the office. We kept rescheduling thinking she was just having a bad day. Long story short, it was time to just remove the braces and realize she wasn't ready yet. So we schedule a time to get them removed. We get there the day of and there's no one in the office. Only the staff. They scheduled my daughter to get her braces off without any other clients or customers present.
