I completely trust his suggestions in that he's thinking what is best for me and not for what's best for him. Also due to the errors my previous dentists caused, I had an extremely painful emergency. He rushed to his office on his day off to meet me there in tears to fix the problem right away. He has an amazing oral surgeon downstairs that he ran down with xrays in hand to talk about the best way to proceed and they resolved it that morning. I would most definitely recommend him!

To be so I think would warrant different policies. Personally my CPTSD AND TRAUMA were made worse with the pressure and threats this office gives. First they pressure you to make appointments, don't listen to your schedule needs. In my last visit Dr. Dickerson was 20 minutes late for my appointment and then I was treated like there not being enough time to fix my tooth correctly was my fault. I came to feel that offices cannot be both trauma informed and gaslight, threaten and scapegoat the patient. It would benefit the staff to research about narcicism and narcicistic abuse so as to understand the trauma that already exists and what being egotistical maniacs that only seek money creates in society.
