I have been a patient of Dr . Downs for many years. every visit he and his staff push me to buy services that are expensive and not covered by insurance. Their focus has shifted from dental care to aggressive upselling of additional services and products. Beware. Profit, not patient, is their priority. read more

The best dentist experience I've had... Period. Came to LeDowns because i had not been to the dentist in 3 years. Why pay for dental insurance when you dont use it? I thought it was going to be filled with pain and anxiety. Completely the opposite. 1st appointment - cleaning - the dental assistant had a magical touch. It didnt hurt at all. She was fast and gentle. They did the chin x-rays, bite down x rays, and even a video of my teeth. 2nd appointment - cavity and filling replacement- dr. Zalesky was great. First, they numb the living heck out of your tooth and the drill is electric so it barely makes a sound. If that's not enough, he is fast! Less than 15 minutes once the sedation kicked in. Im so glad i found this place. read more

By far the best experience I've had at a dentist. They worked with me, and relieved my pain. Best Office in Denver and staff was top of the line. read more

Always a great experience, and very thorough. Very professional. Will recommend to anyone that's looking for a great dentist that is honest and always consistent every time. read more

Wow! I am highly satisfied with my experience at LeDowns Dentistry. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and safe, even in the current COVID times. I've had both a cleaning and a filling completely repaired in the last week and I could not be happier with my experience, along with the bedside manner I received. I love to learn and was so thrilled at the willingness to teach everyone has at this practice. Top of the line equipment that gives you piece of mind. One of my favorites is the oral camera that allows them to document every step of the process and gives you a better idea of what they are doing in your mouth and seeing. No coverups here! I love family practices that take pride in their business and hire quality staffing, which LeDowns does not fall short. Thank you for such wonderful visits. My family will absolutely be repeat patients! read more

Who writes a review while sitting in the dentist chair waiting to get fillings? ‍ This office is second to none. Absolutely the best of the worst places to be. I've never come across a dentist and a staff who CONSISTENTLY practice patience, respect, kindness, and empathy. I've been to too many dentists and I can't rave enough about Dr. Zalesky and his team. Post appt: I can't believe I was in and out of a dentist's office in under and hour. I hadn't been there in a year, so when I arrived Dr. Z went over all of my complaints and listened to my long-winded bologna like a champ. Never once did I feel judged or minimized as I have in so many other dentist chairs. Then came the TWO fillings: fastest and most painless experience!!! I wanted to laugh or smile when he was done, but my face is numb. And a HUGE shoutout to Terri who was the perfect right hand to Dr. Z!! read more

Everyone is friendly, professional, and on time. Dr. Downs does an excellent job. I highly recommend LeDowns Dentistry.

Dr.Le is the best. She uses the latest devices in the industry and doesn't skimp on care and thoughtfulness for the patient (ie. Lip balm, sunglasses). Her office team is great too! read more

I have recently become a patient at Denver Dream Dentistry. I feel extremely fortunate to have found them! Dr Baranes is brilliant , and artistic in his craft. State of the art technology; professional staff , and compassionate care! Nikki was amazing as well. The office is easily accessible ,and the parking is easy ! I highly recommend this practice . LeDowns Dentistry is one of the most wonderful dental practices I have ever known. My grandfather was a dentist and I tend to have high expectations as a result. Dr. Downs has far exceeded all of them. He is kind, attentive, thoughtful and thorough. On many occasions he has spent extra time explaining a procedure or issue to me. I never feel rushed or overlooked. Most important, he is compassionate. Dentistry can be scary/painful/expensive, etc. and Dr. Downs is understanding and patient through it all. It's easy to see that he is passionate about his practice and truly in the business of providing care to his patients. His office staff is wonderful too. In particular, the women at the front desk are always on top of it. They also go above and beyond and make it easy to book, pay, etc. The prices are fair for the excellent service you receive, the office is clean and has many state of the art instruments. While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, Dr. Downs and his team have made it enjoyable. I highly recommend LêDowns. read more

Love this office - close by with very friendly staff and Doctors with great bed-side manners, especially Dr. Downs. I know I'm in good hands with my dental trauma journey. read more

Easy-to-schedule appointments, friendly, congenial staff, and they are always on time. The cleanings are always thorough (and not too painful), they don't make me feel too ashamed for not being a diligent flosser, and I never feel like they are trying to get unnecessary work done (which I have felt with other dentists). They check every box for me - I will definitely continue coming to LeDowns. read more

Clinic is clean and organized and staff are friendly. Dr. Le is the best dentist I've ever have. She is very thorough, explains the procedure step by step. read more

Dr Le was exceptional; professional with just right right amount of comedy to make me feel comfortable. I would have given them five stars but they don't accept my level of insurance. I will definitely be back when possible. read more

Awesome office! Despite the masks, you could tell everyone was smiling and having fun. Great choice of music, too. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Having had very unpleasant experiences in other offices, this office is truly one of a kind! Hien did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth, and worked really hard to clean a few spots with a lot of build up. Previously, getting my teeth cleaned had been painful and unpleasant, but With Hien I literally didn't feel a thing! The assistant, Nikki, was awesome, too. When Dr. Downs came in for the examination portion, he was very knowledgeable and showed me many different things about my mouth that I never knew before. He took the time to explain the little things and was able to show me a 3D model of my mouth which was really cool to see. I learned a lot from the time Dr. Downs spent with me! If you have had a sucky experience at a different office I highly recommend you come pay this office a visit! I've never been excited to go back to the Dentist's Office before! read more

I love LeDowns and have recommended them with absolute confidence to close friends and family.

Best dentist I have ever been to by far. Love it and recommend it to everyone. I feel beyond lucky to have found them.

Great dentistry is practiced here! Exceptional service, Exceptional work done on my teeth. I love LeDowns Dentistry. They always make my teeth feel so good! read more

My daughter and I were patients of Dr. Downs years ago. I can tell you I have never forgotten how skilled, professional and sensitive he is to his patients and their care. read more

I love love love Dr. Downs and his staff. I specifically want a dentist that specializes in neuromuscular dentistry and he and his team does. They are super friendly and state of the art. I love the confirmation calls and text messages for my busy schedule. I also love the view and cleanliness of the office. I love they take my insurance and provide me reasonable quotes for what my insurance doesn't cover. Btw, dental insurance hasn't changed in over 20 years and 1000-2000 is not enough to cover most problems with teeth. But I love that Dr. Downs and his staff really care about my oral health and I won't go anywhere else. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Le and Dr. Downs for over 5 years and have been very happy with their work. They are very professional and I'm always impressed with their knowledge, quality and how gentle they are when working on me. They are very generous people and I always sense that they truly care for their patients. I remember a time when I had a chipped front tooth over the weekend. I was very desperate as I had a job interview coming up. This tooth was already loose from an accident during my deployment to Iraq in the Marine Corps. I called their office, expecting to get a voicemail. I was able to get a hold of Dr. Downs because he was on call that weekend. He actually came in on a Saturday to fix my tooth and was so gracious about it. And I didn't even get billed for a trip charge! You don't get that type of service anymore when it comes to dentists/doctors. However, Dr. Downs made it happen. Thanks Dr. Downs and Dr. Le. You guys are the best and I love your staff too. My insecurity of a missing tooth immediately faded as I got used to my even better tooth. Dr. Le even explained to me about teeth whitening and it worked great! I was able to match the hue of the new tooth. Now I have an even whiter smile! They are always very clear with the financial part of all my treatment. I'm not sure why the other reviews say what they say but all the times I've been with Dr. Le and Dr. Downs, I was very aware of my financial obligation before my treatment was ever performed. Having a military background has made me a type of person to be very detailed and blunt with expectations. I am very upfront believe me. I will tell you my thoughts. That's another reason why I like them so much because they are very thorough about the treatment costs with me upfront and I don't ever feel like I'm "surprised" with anything when I walk up to the front to pay my bill. I would highly recommend Dr. Downs and Dr. Le. The LeDowns team are the best! And of course, thank you for supporting the Military. -Sergeant Ngo, USMC read more

Check that they actually accept your insurance (more than just listed on the website). I have Tricare (United Concordia) which covers 100% of my cleanings but today they told me that it was a "promotion" that covered the rest of the fee after what the insurance allows. They get $80 from my insurance and wanted me to cover the other $97 of their normal price. This is not accepting insurance. It shouldn't be listed on their website. Be warned and check before you book. They lost my family as a customer. read more

Excellent customer service. Gentle hygienist and dentist. Hands down I have never experienced this kind of service from any other dentist office in 40 years. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. read more

Great service! The staff was very warm and personable. They genuinely care about you and your health. Positive atmosphere all around.

Dr. Downs and his staff are simply the best. There is no better dentist's office. Today, I had a tooth crack. They found space in their already packed schedule to get me in. They saw the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way. Great client service!! Thank you read more

Like a lot of other people, I've always been afraid to go to the Dentist. I moved past my fears and started going to LeDowns Dentistry. It's been 20+ years and I would never consider going anywhere else. I'm all about the comfort of dental work. read more

This office rocks! The dentists, particularly Dr. Zaleski, and Dr. downs, are fantastic! Dr. Zaleski worked on my elderly mother when she had a dental emergency a couple weeks ago. I had the best dental care and highly recommend!!! Last month I had a crown break and desperately looked for a dentist that could see me, as I am visiting Colorado. Linda Nguyen, DDS at LeDowns Dentistry saw me immediately. The entire staff took amazing care of me. Unfortunately, I had to delay my return due to COVID to get my permanent crown for six weeks. Today Linda Nguyen DDS placed my permanent crown. I am so impressed that I plan to come to Colorado so I can have my primary dental care done with Dr. Nguyen. read more

I needed to find a dentist closer to my home, and I found LeDowns on Yelp, so I figured I'd give them a try. So far I've been very pleased with this dentist office. They are highly efficient with paperwork and getting a new patient set up. So far I have had a teeth cleaning, x-rays, and molds made for a mouth guard. They have been efficient, friendly, and easy to interact with. They have pretty new technology and seem to know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend or family member based on my experience thus far. read more

SO amazing! They got me in quickly, worked with my insurance better than I could have hoped or dreamed, took full xrays with state of the art equipment, fixed my smile (took off the horrific calculus that had built up and broken bonding I had lived with far too long and didn't think I could afford to fix) immediately - I mean immediately! We set up plans for deep cleaning and attention to a molar that is in dire need of help. I can't wait to go back. To the dentist. Really. They gave me no pain. No judgment. Beautiful work. I should have gone even before I had dental insurance... These are truly caring people. Love. And I love my smile again. read more

The dentists at LêDowns really care about their patients' overall health. Whether you are just looking for a great dentist to treat your whole family or have a complex dental, orthodontic, or health situation (e.g., sleep apnea), this team is a great choice. They are happy to see you for the preventative basics and will be there for a long-haul situation, digging for answers as a part of a larger medical team. I stand by the integrity of my review. Using slander is uncalled for as a response, Dr. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I have experienced as a whole. It is evidence to my previous comment of, "missing the boat". I would like to clarify for the, Yelp Community. THE ONLY correspondence I received was that my account was being sent to collections via 1 voicemail message. It is not about the charge. I was either incorrectly quoted, and/or while I was literally in Dr. Downs chair, he did not relay the additional cost of the scan; therefore, he didn't allow for the patient to make an informed decision. Both instances are unacceptable. It is about being taken advantage of. It is about the practices responsibility to clearly communicate costs. It is about taking responsibility when mistakes are made as opposed to shifting blame to the patient. It is about how this problem was handled without a drop of competence and communication toward a solution. I still do not recommend a new patient to step foot into this office and even more strongly after the Dr.'s response. No patient should have to tolerate this level of care. My hope is that my review (coupled with the others that mention a similar experience) blows the whistle. The communication gap that comes across as fraudulent is something the office can work on in order to avoid future unsatisfied patients. read more

I had such a great experience at this dentist! Such nice people and they really have the patients best interest in mind with everything they do. Both my husband and I visit Dr. Le and Dr. Nguyen on a regular basis for preventive dental care. Each visit is always met with warmth, concerns and personality. Another smooth & delightful experience at LeDowns Dentistry. Hien, hygienist, did a great job and the office is as pleasant and friendly as can be. Also had work done here in 2015 after cracking a tooth on a rock in a restaurant meatball. Their work has held up and all is good! read more

I don't write a lot of reviews and never really thought I would for a dentist as it's just kind of something you do and don't usually look forward to much anyway, but LeDowns was a great experience. This was my first time going and it's close to home which is how I found them, but I will be looking forward to going back. The staff and dentist are friendly and show a genuine interest in their patients. Also the appointment was quick but thorough and they relay what is needed to you very well.
