I first went to Parker Orthodontics because my mom went there and her teeth are perfect and I wanted mine to look the same. I didn't think it was possible, because my teeth did not come in correctly, at all. Since I've followed all of Dr. Collins' directions and have been dedicated to keeping my teeth straight, I cannot believe that my teeth look as perfect as they do. On another note, the staff at Parker Orthodontics are the most incredible people anyone could EVER have on staff. Every person who works at Parker Orthodontics knows me and my family by name and is so personable and just all around "good people". Dr. Collins is very professional and polite. Dr. Collins character is very fitting for his occupation. His care and pride he takes in each individual patient is unbelievable and apparently hard to find. My family has to drive about 40 miles to get to Parker Orthodontics, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. My daughter just got her braces put on this week. There are 3 of us in our family and we have all gone through Parker Orthodontics for our braces. I trust everyone in the office to take care of us and make us feel important. My son went through 2 phases of orthodontic treatment and should be getting his braces taken off this year. The office has been observing my daughter's mouth for about 3 years. They didn't ask for any payment during this time and 2 phases of treatment wasn't required for her. I feel that they give very specific treatment for each patient and it's not a cookie cutter business. I have wondered in the past, and I know many other people have too, that orthodontists may be taking advantage of the 2 phases of braces but with my experience with my kids I know this isn't the case. I highly recommend Dr. Collins and his staff if you need orthodontic treatment. I don't live in Parker anymore, but continue to make the drive for my daughter read more

I would highly recommend Dr Collins and his staff. They do an excellent job and are always friendly, professional and accommodating. I was a regular patient starting when I was in 4th grade all the way through high school (graduated 2002). I have had two occasions where my permanent retainer on my front teeth needed repaired and they fit me in the same day (the first time was on a weekend several years ago and the second was on a week day in January 2017). Both times they didn't charge me for the repairs. Dr. Collins remembered me and took the time in his busy day to chat with me too. I think it is pretty remarkable they still provide excellent customer service after all these years especially when I am not an active patient. What an amazing DOCTOR and STAFF! I have never been in any other professional office and felt so at home. Every time I am there I feel like I am getting the best care, they always treat me with respect and my treatment is progressing faster than what was presented to me at my complimentary initial exam. I've taken all 3 of my children to Dr. Collins over the past 14 years and it's always been an excellent experience. Every appointment is a great experience for my kids and I, every member of the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Collins does amazing work! My oldest daughter is frequently complimented on what a beautiful smile she has and everyone wants to know if she had braces... Yes indeed! And we are glad to pass along Dr. Collins name! The staff at this office and Dr. Collins are just the best of the best! Both of my daughters have had their orthodontic work done here. One daughter had traditional braces, the other a combination of braces early in her life due to an accident & then Invisalign during her last 1 1/2 years of high school. The cost was reasonable, the treatment plan was explained & on target, and appointments are always accommodating, quick & easy. At every turn your guaranteed great service from the staff at the front desk, to the person who handles your treatment for that day. Excellent and up-to-date Dr and staff. Professional and caring, and always making sure we are well-informed with procedures and finances. Never any surprises! We almost always are seen at our scheduled time, and on the rare occasion that we had to wait, were informed of the wait and then seen within 5 minutes. Before settling on P.O. we shopped other orthodontics providers in the Parker area. Dr Collins' prices seem to be in line with the market. Nice that he's got a satellite office in Elizabeth now, though Parker location is more convenient for us. My son had his phase 1 and phase 2 treatment by Dr. Collins. He hardly noticed the expander in his mouth during the first phase. Had no pain and we were able to get the expansion we needed to open up his bite. He also had phase 2 which gave him an incredible smile! He gets compliments often and we refer our friends and family to the practice. They are a great office, always warm and friendly. They play movies and the staff sing along to some of the songs. Dr. Collins has even been caught dancing to some of the songs. It's a fun place to be while improving your smile. I highly reccomend going to this practice. Adults as well as children. read more

My teeth are now beautiful thanks to Dr. Collins and his experienced team. They always seem to have a smile on their face and try to make friendly conversation. If you have any questions they will answer you without hesitation so they know exactly what they are doing (which is what you want from an orthodontist). Rescheduling was never an issue even though they are always super busy. The cost with insurance wasn't horrible considering the results that last a lifetime. I thought they did a really good job. It's not boring there or too crazy and they have a lot of fun activities and contests. I really enjoy listening to how they number my teeth. Dr. Collins is really nice when he does his exam. He is serious but not too serious. Dr. Collins treated both of my daughters and I must say they have the MOST AMAZING smiles around.
