I have been working with Dr. Vanderstelt & Kaylee for a little over 2 years and could not be happier with the experience and the results.
It took me a while to decide on orthodontics for a variety of reasons. After my first meeting with Dr. V, I was all in. She was thorough, efficient, caring, consultative and possesses a confidence and ability to connect that added to a great experience.
When doing something this important I want to work with a true expert, someone who values my goal and opinion, but just as critical is someone who I can trust to recommend and guide me in the right direction. Dr. V was the best guide I could've asked for. She is a woman with a well-thought out plan and a desire to get it exactly right. She checks in every step of the way to make sure I understand what we're doing and why and that I still like where we're going. Her genuine enthusiasm for the process and my progress was a bright spot in every visit. We made some tweaks and changes along the way, a clear indicator to me that Dr. V was wholly engaged in the process and the goal of getting flawless results. She didn't just set it and forget it...she applied that expertise throughout and the results showed it.
I also cannot say enough about Kaylee. Also always a delight to see in the office and so easy to work with. She told me all the things that were happening and has a easy and comfortable way about her that just makes you feel confident and thankful that she's the person you get to work with. She's knowledgeable and supportive. She and Dr. V work so smoothly together which also has a big impact on the overall experience.
I think Dr. V was possibly even more excited than me when my invisalign came to the end. She has that much passion for what she does and that much care about the difference she's making for me as her patient. I'm forever grateful that not only do I have something that looks great, but that I have total confidence that everything about the look AND function of my teeth is exactly right. read more
