I won't recommend this clinic as I end up with huge payment at the end. Service is below average and Don't go there, they don't have any clue about your Insurance coverage and service is also not good as other dentists. They are very bad at communicating with insurance providers and patients, it's kind of scamming the people with dental activities. I am new to the area and needed a new dentist. I work next door to Dr. Osborn so I decided to walk over and see what services they had. As soon as I walked in, Brittany greeted me with great personality and cheer. From there I booked my first appointment. During my first appointment, I received my normal cleaning and met with Dr. Osborn. She asked great questions about my wants/needs and how we can accomplish them together. I have to say, I have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist. My past dentist really had a tough time getting my services rolling and after a year and a half of no real work done, I was ready for a change. I initially contacted the office through their contact form online and Brittany called promptly after to ask what I was looking for in a dentist. She is incredibly lovely and kind and booked me quickly for my initial appointment. The office is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly hardworking and personable. When I met Dr. Osborn, I was so happy to see how incredibly sweet and thoughtful she was as well how she wasn't just trying to get me in and out! She really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to get my Invisalign started right away and she made it happen that day! We created my impressions and sent them on their way. First, they pay you via a Starbucks gift card to provide a good review here. Second, as stated below, the hygienist pressure sells an electric toothbrush and an over priced cleaning. Third, they falsely told me I needed 2 fillings replaced and had a cavity that needed filling. Fourth, the fees are more than 100% higher than other reputable dentists in the area. After paying $510 for a regular cleaning, X-rays and check up, I was told I needed $840 in additional dentistry work. I had the X-rays transferred to a dentist who was highly recommended by a colleague. That second opinion was the best $90 I've ever spent. Not only did I NOT need any of the recommended dental work, the X-rays showed all existing dental work to be sound. Exact same work (check up, cleaning and X-rays) was less than half Dr. Osborn's cost at 2 other very reputable dentists. Unless you like way over paying and doing unnecessary work, take your business elsewhere. read more

I was referred to Dr. Osborn and am so glad I went. Brittany was able to set up an appointment for me right away and was super helpful getting me started. When I showed up for my appointment Dr. Osborn was the first person to greet me and she was so nice and personable. During my dental exam she had great attention to detail and caught things my old dentist missed. She listened to my questions and concerns and it was overall an enjoyable experience. During my dental procedure she was able to show me what it was that she was concerned about and showed me a before picture, during picture, and after picture. She also showed me how my x-rays were not showing the problem! If you are looking for a very knowledgeable, skillful and kind dentist I would recommend Dr. Osborn. My wife has loved Angela. She has been great. Office staff . . . not so much . . . rude and very unfriendly. My main complaint is that the practice makes us pay up front for the full service and wait for the insurance company to pay us back. I've never had to do that before. All my previous dentist's all file the claim, get paid directly from the insurer, and I'm only out of pocket what I owe after insurance. It's VERY likely that my wife is going to change dentists just for the hassle it causes to have to sit there and wait for reimbursement twice a year every time she gets her teeth cleaned. This is simply laziness on their part. This is their business. I don't want to be responsible for that. Say my wife, myself and two kids all went to Dr. Osborn's office twice a year for cleanings. I would have to pay for 8 full dental cleanings (over $1000 out of pocket) then I have to wait for the insurance company. She's probably switching dentists. It's not worth it. There are plenty of dentists out there that only make you pay what you owe. read more

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Angela Osborn and her caring staff of which she hand selects for their impeccable customer service. I always walk away feeling like I am their most important patient. I'm 20 and I WAS afraid of the dentist. I hadn't been to one for 6 years because of it. When I walked into Dr. Osborn's I automatically felt calm. Everyone one here is so nice and accommodating. They make sure that you are taken care of and have no pain. I felt really comfortable letting them work on my cavities and they made it quick and easy!! Dr. Osborn's office is awesome!! My family and I have been going to Dr Osborn for over 12 years it has always been a great visit. They are always pleasant and professional,always concerned about your over all heath and well being, always listen if we have any questions or concerns, always ask how you are doing and if I need to take a moment during a procedure These are things that my previous Dentist did not do. In regards to some of the other reviews,there were staff that may have cased problems in the past but they are no longer with the practice. Maybe it depends on the insurance coverage but for us they admit the charges to my insurance first then we get billed for whatever the insurance did not cover. read more

I am so thankful for Dr. Osborne and her staff. I have been a patient of hers now for over ten years. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, and have had some really bad experiences in the past. They have taken such great care of my family as well as my self. I even scheduled my appointments with her when I was home visiting from Hawaii so not to have to go to someone else. They go the extra mile, while I was in Hawaii for work, I had to have an emergency root canal. She recommend a peer in Honolulu that took great care of me as well. Thats going the extra mile. She also took great care of my grandmother in her later years. Very patient and compassionate. Her staff is also extremely professional as well as personable. Never gonna go to anyone else.... This is the most efficient, most caring, and most professional medical office of any kind that I've been to. The staff at Angela Osborn DDS are not only the most knowledgeable and professional that I have ever seen, but they are also the most friendliest as well. I went to see Dr Osborn because of the many great reviews. Bad choice! Mardel, the hygienist started our visit by chuckling that I told her there was nothing I was interested in doing cosmetically when she asked me. She then tried to sell me an overpriced electric toothbrush, laser germ killer and an outrageous $200 cleaning that would not be covered by insurance! She seemed put off that I wasn't interested in the over $400 of products/services she offered! Once Dr. Osborn did her exam she wanted to replace the very few fillings I have... I wasn't even that overdue for my cleaning, 3 mos past the 6 month mark! Whether or not all this work and product was needed, being treated poorly because of my choices at a very first appt with them and feeling as if they had no use for me since I wasn't interested was awful. This experience was by far the worst first visit I've ever encountered. If I didn't have to give one star I'd have done so. Brittany was the main reason along with the reviews I chose this office, sadly, she was my only positive experience. read more
