Her shop is super clean, welcoming, and uses high quality products. She even remembers the polish colors I've used weeks after the fact. Therexa, Lisa, Linda, and Wendy have all done my nails and I've never been disappointed. They have recently upgraded their massage chairs and they are phenomenal. I just had another great experience at Sydney's. I went in early on a Saturday morning and was immediately helped. I was also informed they are still accepting the $5 off deluxe pedi Yelp coupon. That's always a plus! ;) Vy was my nail tech and did a decent job on a shellac manicure. She asked me several times if everything looked alright. I really appreciate that. Tammy was my pedi tech and did a great job on the deluxe pedi and polish. They both did a good job on the nails but gave even better massages, took their time, and really tried to make me relax! Vy let me know you can actually pick out your scrub scent for example lavender, orange, etc just let the tech know. Before I left, I noticed a few shellac spots on my fingers and Tammy fixed it. She didn't say she'd get Vy (who was already helping someone else) or another nail tech, just went to work. That really spoke volumes to me. She also did a really good job on my eyebrow wax. On another note, I happily noticed no griping, no bickering, just people calmly going about their work day and speaking to customers here and there. Sometimes you just want to come in, relax, and get pretty with no noise or fuss so I appreciated the semi quiet. I will definitely be back again! read more

The worst nail salon I've ever encountered in my life. Terrible service! The tech rushed thru the process of my manicure n made my cuticles bleed. Instead of feeling relax n pampered, I was hurt n felt uncomfortable as she forcefully pushed my cuticles upward n used a tool to grind it down instead of trimming the cuticles out. My first visit to Sydney nails was wonderful. Ken did a beautiful pedicure that lasted for well over a month. I have since re-visited and got a pedi and a shellac mani. I definitely preferred my pedicure from Ken, as this one started chipping after only a week. The shellac nails are great although they tend to grown out quickly. Everybody at the salon is very nice and I would definitely recommend it. Plan to take my two girls there next week for another go! read more

My most current visit I got the royal pedicure with Van (??) and she not only did a beautiful job, but the leg and foot massage that is included was amazing! It's also great the 10% off incentive if you pay using cash. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because they do not offer a dipped powder manicure, which truth be told is very hard to find. read more

I had Annie as my nail tech and she was not only extremely nice but very attentive taking her time with my pedicure .She even verbalized how important it is to her to take her time with each client and that she did. Really bad service. Needed an emergency refill for engagement pictures(My usual place is closed on Sundays) Went in on a Sunday they were packed and under staff. My nail tech was rushing through the entire service. She probably did my acrylic refill in 3 mins. Way too fast, she didn't lay down or smooth down the product well. So sad to have to update this review with fewer stars. I took my daughter in for a mother/daughter mani-pedi and we both left with nails that looked worse than if we had done it ourselves. Toes and fingers had polish all over the cuticle area, they just didn't clean up. Spending a $100 and leaving with messy toes and nails does not make for a happy mama. and yes, I could have asked for them to clean it up but it was Saturday and busy and well, I just have an expectation of good service. read more
