A package of 3 sessions cost $1350 - each session would normally be priced at $500, so $10% off with the package. As a previous reviewer wrote and what prompted me to add my own review, the whole session was haphazard. I am a microneedling veteran for over 5 years, and have been home-needling + one session at a dermatologist to address some old atrophic acne scars. I thought continuing professional treatments would be the key to seeing more improvements. Wild occurrences with Rena the owner include: being asked to put on my own numbing cream with no real instructions even after asking specific questions, no verbal explanation of what was being done or when we were starting, microneedling over my neck which I specifically said was NOT a focus area and thus did not put numbering cream on (ouch!), a total of less than 5 min of microneedling without changing depths over more severe scarring areas, and forgetting every time that I did not want blood drawn for PRP. Most of the appointment, which never lasted more than 30 min total including numbing cream self application and waiting for it to kick in, was Rena bragging about her kid and other clients who supposedly come to her exclusively (including calling out specifically trans and minorities like this was a collector's display case). I was seriously flabbergasted at what I was experiencing and wanted to finish my 3 sessions ASAP. Have seen no visible improvement after 2 years. Some of the mask and facial cream freebies were nice, but unfortunately not worth $1350! Highly recommend shelling out a bit more to go to a licensed dermatologist.

Half my eyelashes were kinked. Yes i followed aftercare perfectly. Then my eyelashes fell out and at some point were itchy and my lid was swollen. I'm not post photos but have them, and she has seen them. My eyebrows also were like hard and wouldn't move. Later they started falling out too. She gave me a full refund when I send her pics. But this is before everything started falling out. I had to buy a lash serum to grow them back. And then in August I started noticing that my eyebrows were falling out. I thought they were shedding normally and going back to blonde. NOPE! They weren't growing back at all. I went to the dr and it is 100% because of what she did. I now am using rogaine to regrow them. It's taking forever and she also refused to pay for product to help grown them back. It's probably going to be another 2-3 months of me looking awful because of Perri. Have the Holiday you deserve.

At two weeks (the full window for Dysport to set in), I still had significant movement and visible lines. For anyone familiar with injectables, this outcome is far below what's reasonable at this price point, especially when the goal was explicitly communicated in advance. When I reached out to the clinic about the poor result, I expected professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to make it right. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the issue corrected, I would have to pay for more units. That is simply not industry standard. Reputable injectors stand behind their work and typically offer a complimentary touch-up if results fall short of what was promised. Whether this was poor injecting or a bad vial should not then be the patients problem to pay. What made this worse is that I know that if the vial is reported to the manufacturer, the company would happily provide them with a complimentary replacement vial. In other words, the clinic had the ability to resolve this at no cost to themselves. Rather than taking that step, they placed the burden back on me after I had already spent $1000. It's deeply disappointing to see a practice prioritize profit over integrity and client satisfaction. I left feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. For something as personal and expensive as facial injectables, trust and accountability are everything. Your face and your money deserve better than this.

tl;dr keep meticulous records of your appointments and call ahead to confirm…read more Doesn't matter the location (I've tried Union Square, the Castro, and the Marina) - this business will make mistakes and your pocketbook and results will suffer. 60% of my interactions with LaserAway are incorrect: Scheduling mistakes, over-counting how many sessions I've had and trying to charge me for new packages, and not doing a thorough job at appointments. I've learned to call ahead to confirm my appointments a) are still on the calendar and b) include the full treatments I've purchased. The last straw for me today was when I called to confirm my upcoming appointment and they told me I had run out of sessions for certain parts of my body. That didn't seem right, so I went into my doc where I keep a record of all treatments, and sure enough, I still had one left. When I asked them to triple check, THEY FOUND THE SAME. After this final appointment I am changing providers. I've spent thousands of dollars and I've had enough of the errors and fleecing.
