I found A &M Lawn Equipment and Sales and spoke directly with the owner. The next day he came to my house and picked up my lawn mower. By the end of that same day he called me to tell me it was finished and delivered it back to my garage. I was incredibly impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and extra mile this company went for me. Embarrassingly enough- I had to call them back the very next day because I had bent one of my blades when I was mowing my lawn with my just fixed mower. A & M did not hesitate to get me a blade and immediately bring it over and fix it on site. I will NEVER go to any other lawn equipment company ever again. I am a life long customer from here on out. Not only that, the lumber store that I came from was going to charge me $5 per cut for plywood that I wanted to cut into strips and I was told it would take an hour to cut the wood. At John Hall Lumber, I was greeted when I walked in and was asked if I could be helped. I was not given any additional charges for cutting the wood and the wood was cut in 10 to 15 minutes and they brought it out to my van and loaded it up for me. I was so relieved to find a place like this after the experience at the other lumber store.

Then when I picked it up the problem was not fixed, it was still smoking badly, they handed me a bill for 600$ and basically said pay or we keep ur mower till u do. They also added on sum extra parts that I had just ordered from them a few weeks earlier that they said were bad example fuel filter & fuel lines. Any body who knows mowers knows these parts don't go bad in a few weeks. They are a rip off and if I could find parts for my mower anywhere else I'd be done dealing with them for good!

I have always driven by but a giant dinosaur caught my eye! Though a smaller dinosaur came home with me, I was shocked at this family run outdoor store! I was shocked by the different options for fertilizer, soil mix, berry plants, and pest control items they had! This is a great alternative to big box stores! I will be back for my garden needs!
