I already had flowers order for the wedding from another local florist, but when I stopped in a week before the wedding to pay, that owner told me they couldn't do it. And when I asked why I wasn't called, she said she lost my ticket. Misty was so compassionate, even though she was extremely busy because of Valentine's orders.
