I called Jim yesterday at Noon to clean our carpets and couches since our dog had gotten into a hibe of seed ticks and they were everywhere. We were also overdue to have our carpets cleaned anyway, so I asked if he could just clean everything while he was here. He arrived on time, cleaned our carpets, couches, and a rug better than any carpet cleaner ever has. I cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

Love the results from James at Premier Carpet Cleaning! Our carpet is 8 years old and we are pet owners. James scrubbed and cleaned leaving us with refreshed and spot free carpets. The carpet has the original "fluff" back. I highly recommend having him use the scrubber tool and the stain protectant. James saved us thousands of dollars by restoring our carpets so we didn't have to replace them. James was very professional and timely. I highly recommend Premier! read more

I just had my carpets cleaned by James Murray. The carpet was in pretty bad shape. I considered ripping it up and putting in new because there were several nasty looking stains as well as a good amount of pet urine. I couldn't be happier with the job that James did.
