Handy man called me Saturday morning and said his job was running late and that he would be about an hour late and would call 30 minutes before coming. I said that was fine and then waited and waited and never heard from him again. I called them again and got another answering machine and left a message. I also called the handyman's number and left him a voicemail. My appointment was originally at 10am and then pushed back to 11am and it is now 3:30pm and I haven't heard anything from them at all! Well anyway, I started researching junk removal sites and was blown away at how expensive it would be to have 1 mattress removed. I immediately contacted them to get a quote. Within a day Tony contacted me and told me it would be about $85 (which is the lowest amount they can do) and I was ready to commit right away. We talked on a Tuesday (I think) and he said he could come out that Saturday morning! It was going to work out perfectly for my schedule too. Earlier today (Saturday) Tony called to let me know he was on his way with the truck and showed up within 15 minutes. Tony arrived introduced himself and he and his partner removed the mattress and were on their way all within a few minutes. They take cash, check or credit. I wrote a check and slipped them a few extra bucks for their work. I'm so thankful to have found this company and I'm sure I'll use them again!
