The next day I came after work, and without saying a thing, he brought my mower to me, started it up (it had gas that had gone bad over the winter), told me what to do so I wouldn't have to see him again, and helped me load it up in my car. He's been doing this for 46 (or 47?) summers, and really knows his stuff.

The…read moreowner seemed to be knowledgeable initially, but upon picking up my repair, didn't seem to actually put any effort effort diagnosing my issue. He was more interested in receiving a service fee for doing essentially nothing. I'm almost positive that they misdiagnosed not one but both of my lawn mowers one of which I let them keep based on the information that they told me. When they told me the second lawnmower couldn't be repaired. I pushed back and asked them if I take it to another shop and they're willing enable to get it fixed then would my $50 be refunded being that you didn't fix my problem. The owner didn't responded well another shop might be able to get it up and running, but I still don't think it's gonna cut.. Like I said, I don't typically leave bad reviews about places like this, but something needs to be said. I really think you would be better off spending your money somewhere else where they value you and actually take the time to figure out what the issue is and it's less focused on keeping your money for a service fee. I was torn between taking my lawn equipment to this place and a few other places in North County. The other places were booked up and I now see why they were booked up. My advice, wait on the other lawnmower repair places that are booked up versus taking your equipment to these people. I work in Construction and very much have respect for people who work in a service industry but these people just aren't it.

I was sold a self propel mower for $280 that was fit to use for the season, just bring back for a…read moretuneup before storage. It started to eat the drive belts two months into owning it and I sent it in for repair. They said "your belt is shot", and going to cost $250 to fix. When I went to collect my now very heavy push mower I was told they don't really "do" self propel. My FIL is looking at it now and found that the oil wasn't changed before it was sold, and there's a nut caulked to the deck being used as a spacer, which is likely what caused the arm resting on it to break. I don't think they did that, but I'm sure they knew when they tuned it up that it was like that. I won't be back.

Here are some thoughts…read more.. --I did everything in the U-Haul app, pretty easy and convenient. --About two hours before our 11am pickup, we got a text that our rental truck wasn't going to be returned on time, so they moved our pickup time back to 12:45pm. --We called and tried (unsuccessfully) to locate another truck in the area. Donna was helpful. --We happened to drive by shortly before 11 (on our way to my daughter's storage facility) and noticed a couple of 10' trucks parked out front, so I called and they said "Yes, we have one available. You can pick it up now." --When I got there, Donna got me in and out pretty quick. They had four 10' trucks sitting in the lot! --My truck looked good on the outside, but the shocks were completely shot. --Less than $40 for a one day 10' truck rental with furniture dolly. Overall, I would only marginally recommend in a pinch. Not super organized or communicative.

You may get older or dangerous tanks at the gas stations. Be sure to check the date stamped on the tank) 1) when you trade them out you only get 3 of the 4.5 gallons they hold. ( I proved this) plus the tank seldom uses the last half gallon due to lack of pressure. Meaning you use 2.5 gallons and pay for 4.5 when swopping them out. I filled 2 tanks for 31 bucks! If you're trade them out you spend twice as much for half as much. Btw service was great! Pay at the pump with the attendant.
