Not sure if people aren't buying them or if it's a high demand at this location but to me, this location has a larger selection for sure. While all home depots are huge, this location seems smaller. I say that because everything was cramped. The items throughout the store, especially the lawn and gardening area. Staff was nice and their flower prices are reasonable. Lower than what I've seen at the nursery. Lots of parking space but very crowded. I especially like the Pro parking area. I would make a special trip here more often

I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to home To my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.

Went to this store yesterday to get my propane tank filled. Store associate, Jaylin, came out to…read morefill the tank. After filling the tank, he proceeded to wrench down the valve several times. I asked him to stop as it makes it especially difficult to open it again and wears out the valve. He ignored my request and continued to tighten the valve further. We went into the store to pay and I asked him why he continued to tighten the valve when I asked him to stop. He said it was "a safety issue" and kept arguing with me about it after I told him why I wanted him to stop. He then starts swearing at me, threatening me, and telling me to get out of the store. I told him I wouldn't leave until he gave me a receipt. He said their printer was down and he couldn't give me a receipt. I said he needed to hand write me one then. He proceeds to write out the receipt on a one inch square PostIt note. Completely unprofessional. I asked for the store owner's contact information and he gave me the store manager's card. I left a message immediately afterward on the manager's cell phone. It's now 1:30pm the next day and I've yet to have the call returned. This company is unprofessional and not focused on well-being of their customers or their customer's property. Not only due to the experience above, but also because every time that I have been in the store, NONE of the employees are wearing masks even though there is a sign on the door that says customers are required to wear a mask before entering. Hypocritical and definitely not focused on safety as Jaylin claimed. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and I highly recommend no one else give their business to this shady enterprise. To do so only encourages their terrible behavior.

I asked a woman outside about my car and she seemed annoyed - she told me to go inside. I asked another woman about my car and she told me she had no knowledge about it or when the man would get to it. I understand if they were overbooked, however, I have issue with poor customer service. Someone could have called me about the delay since they didn't appear to be understaffed - I saw three people with company t-shirts. The people were unfriendly and indifferent. Won't give business to this place, so I left with my car and rebooked at another location.

They would not allow me to schedule a delivery over the phone so that I could be home from work. They would not let me remove automatic delivery as a service choice. They kept randomly coming by my house then sending me alerts that I had missed a delivery. This issue was explained to customer service several times. AmeriGas told me that it was noted on my account and that I would get a 45 minute advance notice so that I could drive home from work to let them in. Never received advance notice, and they came by three more times. We finally got luckily enough to get our tank filled when they came by (without notice) while my daughter was leaving for school. The website is not user friendly. Go with a different service provider.

I have always driven by but a giant dinosaur caught my eye! Though a smaller dinosaur came home with me, I was shocked at this family run outdoor store! I was shocked by the different options for fertilizer, soil mix, berry plants, and pest control items they had! This is a great alternative to big box stores! I will be back for my garden needs!
