The mini mask left my skin smooth, hydrated, and glowing--no irritation, just that clean, polished finish. The lash lift came out beautifully: lifted, soft, and natural, but still made my eyes look more open without needing mascara. Known for its facials, Toska European Spa knows how to treat ALL of your skin, not just your face!…read more I chose to have a Renew and Hydrate body treatment today because my skin all over has just felt "itchy". I could not have made a better choice. But first, I have to tell you about the spa. Of course, its South Park location sets the tone for excellence and posh. The spa is absolutely stunning with its crisp, white decor. I was fortunate to visit during the holiday season and it's decorated beautifully. I was greeted warmly and quickly upon entrance and seated comfortably with a glass of water. I got a little nervous seeing the facials being done in an "open area" but felt relieved when Monika D came and whisked me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment room was very nice with its electric fireplace mounted on the wall, spa-like music playing, and a very warmly heated massage table. Monika explained all that she would do but I could not even recall any of it once she started her amazing treatment. I do know that she exfoliated and moisturized my entire body with elements of massage incorporated. I have had wraps in the past, but this was different. I have had to shower after wraps to remove the applied products but Monika had a technique to remove products as she provided the treatment. I lost count of how many times I fell asleep despite my best efforts not to do so. I was just that relaxed. Monika assured me that my ability to relax to the extent of falling asleep was actually a compliment. I didn't want to fall asleep because I didn't want to miss a moment of the pampering. I left with skin that feels amazing. My only negative comment (if that's really the best description) is that treatments are not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back (I booked my next treatment while I was there), but this level of self-care will be saved for more special occasions rather than the routine.

She wasn't terrible, but I felt it was wrong, especially for me who was treated so well with the salon and employees.

She customized a welcome sign, had a beautiful aroma going, and the temperature in the room was very comfortable. She talked me through the process and we went over the form I filled out regarding my skin type, skincare routine, and my concerns. We ended up doing a lemon enzyme peel which is all natural, so it is NOT a chemical peel which I was worried about when we first talked about it. It felt tingly and smelled amazing. She followed it with a goji berry yogurt mask, and that felt so luscious and moisturizing. My skin felt amazing for days afterwards, and I noticed a difference, but it really sunk in when friends I saw later that week complimented my skin too! I can't wait to go back to Elizabeth, she makes the experience so great and relaxing, it really feels like my perfect "me" time to be pampered. Oh, did I mention I fell asleep during my appointment because she made me feel so relaxed?! Yep, it happened. She woke me up so gently, it was very sweet. I left feeling refreshed and GLOing.
