When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. However, my last visit they had a newer gentleman try to do my nails- he was shaking badly and cut me a few times when I told him multiple times he was hurting me from the file, he smiled and just kept working and continuing to hurt me. After the acrylic was on, another person had to finish up and he did a French tip over my bare nail where you can clearly see under. It took forever, hurt, and now my nails are falling off not even a week later. I also got charged the FULL amount for a person who is clearly in training.
