So, the day I went in for my service, the place was pretty empty. They got me in & out fairly quickly which is good because I had a meeting to go to afterwards. I told the stylist that I wanted loose beachy curls and she did pretty much what I wanted. However, I was disappointed that it did not last beyond a day after the service. When I have gotten blow-outs at other shops, my hair usually stays fabulous for 3-4 days afterwards. So, for me the price was not worth looking good for just 2 days. I am not sure if I will go back next time I am looking for a shampoo & style.

I really appreciate the appointment availability and walk ins! I will definitely schedule early appointments from now on!! The first time I went my appointment was at 10:30 AM, and yesterday I went at 8:15 AM. It was soo much less crowded (although it wasn't overly crowded the first time). My stylist was so kind, we chatted most of the time. She made sure what she was doing was what I wanted. My hair looked amazing! They had the barbie movie on the TV in front of me with the sound off but subtitles on- I loved watching it as I got my hair done! I scheduled my appointment through the ClassPass app. I scheduled an appointment for a blowout with the Olaplex treatment. I have been using Olaplex for a few years now, and I like their products. I parked in the back of the building with many warning signs about towing. I walked into the salon about 5 minutes before my appointment. I was seated for a couple of minutes before the stylist came to get me. My hair was shampooed, treated with the Olaplex treatment and conditioned. My hair was then blow dried and styled. The first set took about 2 hours and change to get done and the second maintenance set a lot shorter time. Every time I came in the staff was great and super friendly. Maddie does an amazing job! I live in nyc and come here to see her because her work is amazing. I can in over a month after the first set and I still had a great amount of lashes on. On top of that she made my lashes look natural and beautiful, it was almost like she could read my mind cause I wanted a natural look and that's exacl my what I got, just perfect! When hair was blow dried it was totally blonde with NO strawberry or gold color to be found. Also had a lovely patch of silver gray on one temple. It was so disappointing, and truly upsetting that I literally cried.. But only after the owner just about called me a liar saying that I requested "beige blonde. " NOPE and NEVER have I ever asked for "beige blonde. " The young stylist was upset also but had followed the color mixing instructions from owner via phone. After I was told, by the rude owner, that I did request beige blonde and that I had said nothing about gold or strawberry, she told me to pay the stylist and make an appointment to come in during the week so she could fix it. I explained that I could not come back during the week. That's why I was there on a weekend day. The stylist attempted to throw some red in there and blow dried it. It wasn't great.. Not at all what I asked for but I was tired and just ready to go. I was charged am exorbitant fee for the services and left. Exit.. never to enter again.. Ridiculous
