When hair was blow dried it was totally blonde with NO strawberry or gold color to be found. Also had a lovely patch of silver gray on one temple. It was so disappointing, and truly upsetting that I literally cried.. But only after the owner just about called me a liar saying that I requested "beige blonde. " NOPE and NEVER have I ever asked for "beige blonde. " The young stylist was upset also but had followed the color mixing instructions from owner via phone. After I was told, by the rude owner, that I did request beige blonde and that I had said nothing about gold or strawberry, she told me to pay the stylist and make an appointment to come in during the week so she could fix it. I explained that I could not come back during the week. That's why I was there on a weekend day. The stylist attempted to throw some red in there and blow dried it. It wasn't great.. I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.
