I was referred here by a friend. The service was excellent! I met the owner Danielle and we hit it off and ended up talking for what felt like 30 minutes just about life in general. I told her my style and what I was looking for and she immediately found me a vintage handbag with a 50s vibe. It was 50% off and in flawless condition. Then she showed me some jewelry. Some of the pieces were 5$! I didn't have time to try any clothes on. I had an appointment that afternoon. I am definitely going back because it's organized, smells fresh and everything is pressed on hangers and separated by color size and organization is flawless. The fast fashion is a bit like that of Forever 21 but the price points are a smidge higher. I had not tried anything on in this store before and so this time brought several items to the fitting room. I decided on a couple of items, one of which I was looking for another color. One of the floor associates asked me if I needed any help and when I showed her what I was looking for, she went and grabbed exactly what I wanted and brought it over to me. I had just ordered a dress online in my size, it came WAY too small I couldn't even get it over my head - so I took my dress back in store to exchange / return it. I had the packaging, receipt and tags with dress being in perfect condition. The manager refused to accept my dress back because the tag was not attached anymore. I've never been to a store where they don't accept returns when you have receipt and/or (unattached) tags still. Very disappointing!
