This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. I had just ordered a dress online in my size, it came WAY too small I couldn't even get it over my head - so I took my dress back in store to exchange / return it. I had the packaging, receipt and tags with dress being in perfect condition. The manager refused to accept my dress back because the tag was not attached anymore. I've never been to a store where they don't accept returns when you have receipt and/or (unattached) tags still. Very disappointing!
