I know why they are called Phantom, because you never get your package!…read more Our building has a concierge desk yet they call me at work saying I'm not home so call the office to rearrange another delivery time. Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.

AND YET: very friendly, personable staff - super fast deliveries too - especially their motorbike guy - was VERY impressed (and relieved!) how fast they got our documents delivered when it was a total emergency. Even more, after having chatted with a few of the couriers, it's really clear they are a GOOD company, that treats their employees fairly. Apparently most of the staff have been there for over 10 years - which seems incredible to me for a courier company (think: high turnover industry). Anyhow: my 2 cents. VERY happy with these guys and will continue to use and would recommend unhesitatingly.

This Christmas, they provided some truly excellent, caring service for a delivery from North Vancouver to Pitt Meadows. They are impressively fast, efficient, careful, professional, and polite. They didn't even take a quick break and just kept pushing. We were honestly amazed by their performance. To top that off, their rates are budget friendly too! With the quality of their service, you're definitely getting 4x more than what you paid for. Will contact them again for future moving needs.

The price was fair, and overall it was just a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again without hesitation.

It's a small shop but they have full mailing and posting services including boxes and packing materials and envelopes. A full-size copier, too. Mailboxes. Printing services. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

UPS delivery is always a pain in my ass…read more They give a 10 hour window of time as to when they will come by. They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I called and asked if I could come pick it up (yes before 6 pm) I arrive, barely had to wait, my package was given to me after I showed ID, I signed and was on my way home with my new Fredrick's of Hollywood Lingerie! How easy was that ???

Meanwhile, the item is live fish. Do they care? No. They said it will be delivered to a location not that close to us, but it won't be until tomorrow. I have news for you, Purolator, fish won't survive in a small bag overnight in a box. The inability for a driver to follow basic instructions, or to call a number for the customer if there are difficulty delivering just makes me wonder where the humanity in customer service has gone.
