It's a small shop but they have full mailing and posting services including boxes and packing materials and envelopes. A full-size copier, too. Mailboxes. Printing services. The gent who helped me was very kind. I did buy the mailing tube from him, but I also got some rubbish cardboard to hold a flat print safe in my backpack. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

There is a giant…read moresign on the front door that says no deliveries at the front door, and all deliveries must be taken around back. The customer service on the phone said, oh well, we're sorry. Meanwhile, the item is live fish. Do they care? No. They said it will be delivered to a location not that close to us, but it won't be until tomorrow. I have news for you, Purolator, fish won't survive in a small bag overnight in a box. The inability for a driver to follow basic instructions, or to call a number for the customer if there are difficulty delivering just makes me wonder where the humanity in customer service has gone.

We needed a relatively straightforward local move, only 5 blocks, in fact, from one condo to another. I called about a dozen places and received ridiculous estimates from many of them ($1,600 for a 5 hour job? Really??). Ezmoov gave the lowest estimate and there appeared to be no hidden fees. Communication with Andry was clear, timely and straightforward. I was a bit nervous, because there weren't many reviews and the price just seemed too good. On the day, however, the guys turned up on time, in a nice truck and not obviously hungover (it happens!). They did a fantastic job, with no complaining or messing around. On top of that, they were both really nice and interesting guys, so I even had a good conversation into the bargain! The estimate turned out to be virtually spot on, nothing was damaged, payment was easy and it turned out to be the smoothest move we have ever had (there have been too many...).
