They tried to get me to do something else but | was unable to for health reasons. At this time I asked about pricing for add on treatments and told it would cost $350. Therefore I rebooked the correct appointment with the add on pricing discussed. So after wasting over an hour out of my day, I had to leave and reschedule for when they would have the laser again over a month later. So now they have the laser and I found out the training on the new laser was over Zoom. I also found out areas I previously had done with Ultherapy were unable to be done with this ultrasound laser. So just a portion of my face, neck and chest were treated. When I went to check out expecting to pay the $350 previously discussed, I saw a charge for $500. Naturally I disputed this and waited for the girl that told me the price and booked the appointment to be available with the manager to discuss. She aggressively stared coming at me with different numbers and scenarios that we never agreed on. I told them this is why I don't get med spa memberships down here because stuff like this does not happen when I go to ones in Chicago. In front of the manager the girl told me in a nasty manner that well this isn't Chicago and I said obviously not. I said I won't be coming back and the girl said good we don't want you here. I asked the manager if she was the manager or if the girl was. The manager said she was. I asked her if she allowed her employees to speak with customers this way because it wasn't respectful. Bottom line. This place is gross. There are enough med spas down here. I have been to a bunch of wonderful ones that are price and treatment transparent, have a professional front desk and appealing environment. I have no idea who the physician is that oversees this place but they need to get their house in order. DO NOT GO HERE!!
