After hours of back and forth, with her saying someone would still be there, finally she said their nurse had an emergency and wouldn't be able to make it. She promised to call me the next day and coordinate a time for him to come. I wasn't even initially upset - until she blew me off the second day. I urge anyone calling this firm to take what they say with a grain of salt, and to have a back up because they might leave you high and dry like they did to my Mom.
