How does this studio not have more reviews? I took my first intro week to this studio last summer,…read morethen life happened. Now that I'm finally into the groove a little more I decided to give it another go. This kind of workout is completely different for a lot of people. Most of it is very small, controlled movements where you don't move more than a few inches. "Embrace the shake" is what the instructors say, and you will after your first class. My mom came with me once and she said it "woke up muscles she didn't knew she had". The equipment you bring with you is nothing. You wear leggings, and sticky socks. A pair of light dumbbells, a tube, a ball, and a mat are all the class uses (aside from a barre of course). The music is fast paced and the class goes by way faster than you think. The Classic class is their most popular, however there is a more cardio based version called Empower and a new one I have yet to try called Reform. The instructors are all really motivating and show you modifications and proper form without calling you out in from of the entire class. Since you're only moving so slightly, it's hard to compare to the person next to you like you do in a standard gym or workout class where you compare weights and reps. The format is always the same-a brief warmup, core work on the floor, then arms, legs, butt(they call it seat) and then more focused ab work before a cooldown. The individual exercises they use vary in these sections and by teacher. It's best to take several instructors to get a feel for different styles. This is a great class style for the new to working out, injury prone (it's little to no impact), girls who don't like to sweat too much, and anyone looking to tone up. Even men, there are a few in class. You have to keep with it and not get frustrated because you will feel weak your first time but even the next class, you will be so much stronger than you think. The class packages and memberships are numerous but it's definitely not the cheapest gym on the planet, but when results speak, it's worth every penny.

Welcoming studio with top shelf instructors and class formats that keep me challenged. What great…read morepeople to start the day with or take a lunchtime break!

This is my happy place! The sweetest escape. Challenging workouts, amazing owner (Amy),…read moreperformance-focused instructors, quiet location. Once you start, it becomes addicting. You will FEEL your hard work right away, and will SEE it shortly after. This isn't just for your body, but your mind too! You can feel the studio energy as soon as you walk in. I love that it's bright and airy, clean, and community-driven. Often times there are small business pop ups on Saturdays! Every instructor has their own vibe, definitely try them all to find your faves. Such a positive and encouraging environment. Studio sells grip socks, merch and waters. Can park in one of the spots out front, street parking, or one of the lots just a short walk away. Their app makes it easy to book, and there are often specials for those who are new and want to check out a couple classes.

I am a 300+ class Solidcore gal, and have my own Lagree reformer at home. I came here on vacation…read moreand wanted to get in some Pilates. I really enjoyed how different Fuego was, compared to Solidcore and Lagree and how creative some of the movements were. I also really liked how big the platform and carriage are, making some of the moves much more accessible and pain/discomfort free. It should be noted that this is more high-intensity and is not like contemporary/Stott. I would also prefer more hands-on instruction and form correction throughout the class. I would go back if I were to come to the area again and would recommend to anyone familiar with Solidcore/Lagree!
