It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!

The kindly invited us over so we went. Woo hoo! My parents just got a place around the corner and I wish I was staying longer to be able to enjoy all that the center has to offer like yoga, drum circles, tai chi, reiki and all types of spiritual lectures and classes. Apparently you can just take a kayak and return it when you are finished! That's it! This place is definitely right up my alley. A peaceful gem in an otherwise busy Estero. What I did get to see, I loved. They have a labyrinth and an amazing suspension bridge in the back. It's off a main road but you would never know it when you are there. It's hidden and quiet. Very relaxing. They have this wood fence with great motivational sayings. I will definitely have to come back, visit my parents and take a class here. I could move in. It just has that chill vibe. It was a very warm august day so we didn't spend much time outside but we did tour the grounds. Quickly. They have a pool but it was not opened. The rooms were very nice. The bed and bedding were amazing. I've stayed in many hotels and idk where they got this bedding from but it was great. I slept like a baby. I'm guessing since this is not a chain they don't have a group of people telling them they need to buy 10000 units from sterns and fosters. If we ever find ourselves in Bonita springs again and need to spend the night it would be here.

After 5 months I feel significantly stronger and more centered. David and his team are so welcoming! I look forward to coming to class all week.
