It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!

I first I was hesitant t because it was in a "mall" (but isn't everything in this area in some sort of mall?). The place is extremely clean, they have showers (which is convenient), and the room where the hot yoga takes place isn't "stinky" (for those who have taken hot yoga before you'll understand what I'm referring to). It has the latest in bio-responsible flooring, and air and light technology that keeps the fresh air flowing, and blue lighting for cleanliness. A large locker room with showers is also available. It is by far the best studio for environment, and similarly, some of the best instructors in the area! If you like Bikram, or Vinyasa , Hatha, Yin or meditation, there's a practice for you here. Plus it's in Coconut Point Mall, so plenty of parking and shopping, too.

I'm guessing since this is not a chain they don't have a group of people telling them they need to buy 10000 units from sterns and fosters. If we ever find ourselves in Bonita springs again and need to spend the night it would be here.
