I had my first massage at Fusion Yoga with Maily last Thursday and it was wonderful! Maily is so professional, she took time to listen to my areas of concern, and I felt so much better, even during my massage and definitely after. I'm moving away and the thing that I am most sad about is leaving fusion! Great people, great space, great services YOGA- I have not had one class that I didn't fall in love with. From chair to fusion flow and every level in between is stellar. True beginners and practiced yogis will all find something they love MASSAGE- Mailey gives honestly the best massage I have ever had. She doesn't follow the same script you get everywhere else, she truly takes the time to focus on the problem areas- the ones you tell her about and the ones she finds along the way REIKI- is has been such an amazing part of my healing process and Milena and Gina are excellent. I feel incredibly safe with the two of them and leave feeling relaxed and like I have ownership of myself. WORKSHOPS- I have learned so much from these random events. Including when to just relax and get some sound healing. Cannot suggest this enough YOGA TEACHER TRAINING- I've done it twice, the second time with fusion. I really cannot suggest this program more- whether you want to teach, hone in and better your practice, or just carve in some self-love time in a space with beautiful energy, wonderful classmates, and dreamy teacher, this is a program for you. Best Yoga studio in Estero, FL!!! I have to say I love many of the classes they offer but Sally's Yin on Monday nights is my absolute favorite! You can tell the preparation she does for this class. Using all 5 senses every time. The essential oils on the wet/dry towels she offers to ground us at the beginning of class, the sandalwood sticks burning throughout the class, always an inspiring music selection, soft lighting, crystal bowls and other sounds at the end of class, she even leaves a little treat at the end sometimes to add the taste piece of all 5 senses. Wonderful experience today, so I have to brag! Fusion my go to yoga place added a Licensed Esthetician to their team Kate Hampton. Facials are my #1 treat to myself. I scheduled a "60 minute AYURVEDIC MARMA POINT FACIAL" with Kate today. (I had no idea what that was but I wanted to try it) I was told the Ayurvedic Marma Point Facial included the Fusion Facial just with an added twist! A Marma point facial massage. Marma is a traditional Ayurvedic technique that is believed to help stimulate and sustain the flow of energy. Stimulation of the specific points is said to affect the health of your organs, open sinuses, "reduce signs of aging" and alleviate mental stress. Well all I can say was when I was done my skin felt marvelous! I felt calm and relaxed. Kate told me she does 60 and 90 minute facials. Next month I'm doing 90 minutes! Call, schedule and pamper yourself with this unique and very beneficial facial! read more

Love the space. There are private session rooms to work with some of the massage therapists and holistic healers. The yoga room is expansive and cool. This is not a hot yoga. I attended the yin class, which was a gentle and relaxing yoga class with loads of delicious stretching and breath work. read more

When I heard that Fusion Yoga & Wellness was offering a new service, I knew it would be good and had to try it out. The session was with Johnny Svoboda who does Soul Lightening Acupressure®, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Level Practitioner. During my 75-minute session, he not only addressed the aches I told him about, but left me feeling relaxed, balanced and overall at peace. I bought a winter home in 2019 in Estero. I was looking for a yoga facility and found one but never felt really comfortable at that facility. About one year ago when I was down here on vacation I discovered Fusion Yoga and Wellness in Estero. Every time I come down on vacation, I spend multiple mornings, relaxing with the wonderful instructors at this yoga facility. Everyone is kind, calming and very well trained. I love the homey atmosphere and being able to calm my mind, body and soul. If you are looking for an absolutely wonderful place to unwind, this is your place. I had a great 1-hour massage with Maily. She covered all areas and zeroed in on areas of stiffness that she identified, as well as asking for my input for areas of concentration. I had some lower back stiffness from tennis, and I left feeling very relaxed and the back stiffness was gone. She was wonderful and I will certainly go back. read more

I Joined Fusion Yoga & Wellness in November 2021. Its a wonderful place. I have had classes with several different yoga instructors and every one of them has been great. I was fairly new to yoga when I started and began with the foundation classes. They concentrate on proper position, breathing, deliberate movement, and help you get the most out of every pose. They challenge you, but also caution you to stay within your ability. I am a healthy senior and have seen an improvement in balance, flexibility, strength, and disposition. I attribute most of that to yoga and Fusion. But don't get me wrong, there's people of all ages and abilities in the classes. I highly recommend them. read more

The entire studio is amazing. Gina is such a kind soul and lead an incredible establishment. The patrons have one thing in common from my experience; they have no flashy agendas, just personal growth. I've been to many yoga studios and what sets this one apart is how real it is; no showy outfits and agendas. It's all about the time on your mat. Newly added this year is Pilates Yoga which is taught by a passionate, knowledgeable instructor (Dawn) who plays great music, is clear with instructions and makes my abs burn.
