I have made appointments at Magic Hands 6 times each week for 6 weeks. 3 of the times I received the appointment I requested and 3 times I did not. After I paid to become a member the next 3 weekly appointments I scheduled for 80-minute appointment but only received 60-minute appointment. Times 4 & 5 I made the appointment on the internet site. Both times when I arrived, I was told that I was only scheduled for 60 minutes, take it or leave it. They blamed the system, so I guess they didn't think I deserved an apology- not their mistake it was their system. Since you cannot call in to make an appointment, or check one, I made the 6th appointment with the employee at the front desk in person same person at the desk each time. I requested my next weekly appointment for today. When I arrived at the appointment, I was told my weekly appointment wasn't until March 12 three weeks away. When I said I made my weekly appointment for today I was told I was wrong. Their system makes mistakes; I make mistakes but apparently the staff never makes a mistake. They did manage to work me in for a 60-minute appointment with someone I had not seen before. It was okay but the other 5 were better. The owner met with me when my appointment was over and said they were doing their best and were working to make things better. No offer of compensation, maybe next time you will get the appointment on the day, time and with the person you request. Maybe. So I made weekly appointments for the next 6 weeks, same day of the week, same time of day and with the same practitioner. I will post if it worked or not. You know the customer is seldom right, or so it has been so far. read more

I was very disappointed with my service today Won't be returning back!! I went in having some neck and back pain. And I came home with the same pain. I paid for a massage. I thought I was going to get some relief from it and I did not. Unfortunately, the girl was very nice. I do not know how to pronounce. Her name begins with Y. But I do not feel that she did her best to relieve the pain that I was having. I will not be returning back or referring any clients. read more

The massage was average & the therapist was good, however the getting to use the Groupon was less than pleasant. There was no mention that reservations were required so I just went over to be told I needed one. It took several minutes of questioning to find out YES they take walk-in but they were full. That I understood after several minutes of discussion. The receptionist apparently didn't understand what Groupons coupon said. I looked over the rate sheet that indicated she provided, only one coupon per person where the Groupon said it could be purchased 12 times. Since there are so many other providers that clearly state terms up front, I probably won't go back. read more

I LOVE Magic Hands Spa. I've never had a male therapist before, and being plus size, I was so self conscious that initially I was hesitant. Ernesto is SO incredibly kind and professional. I was at ease and so relaxed right away. I have been several times and will continue to return. I only wish their add-on list was listed on their website or google. My wife raves about Ernesto, and Yerma is wonderful when it comes to massaging with the right amount of pressure between a deep tissue and Swedish massage. We love it here. Andy is extremely professional and makes you instantly feel comfortable. He is always able to find my knots and relieves every single one as gently as possible.
