I showed up to the facility about 10 minutes early and was taken care of immediately. Facility - huge compared to my home location. I was given a tour after signing up and besides the size, the facility was clean and well maintained. Trainers - Kira and Erin were both awesome. They were motivating and were coaching folks on form if needed. I really liked the resistance bands added to the row machines and the exercise dice at the end added a nice twist to the class! She gave me a full tour, walked me through the schedule, set me up with a mat and towel and explained everything I needed to know about the sauna and what to expect. She even checked in on me halfway through my session just to make sure I was good. At the end she took the time to go over all my membership options knowing I'm from out of town but trying to stay on top of my fitness. That kind of attention and care goes a long way. I showed up ten minutes early- there was plenty of parking. When I walked in, there were members everywhere and no one behind the desk. I saw the iPad and signed myself in. They have some cubbies where I placed my belongings. I started stretching and saw the white board and upcoming activities etc. Soon, the head coach introduced herself to me and it seems she saw my check in earlier. Some of the members said hello and introduced themselves to me. The warmup was group led and was good. We had a strength session and then the WOD. The strength session was fun. Their weights are the really bouncy ones which took some getting used to. There was plenty of space for all of us to feel safe in the workout. They have a varied membership with women, men, kids and young adults. I had a good workout. They put my name on the board. I checked out the merch on my way out- not much there. But I took a selfie and that's good for now. I would come back. There is another CrossFit gym nearby but their drop in fee is $25. At Punta Gorda, it's $20. And now I'm following them on IG.

The SPENGA class is divided into 3 different activities 20 minutes each: cycling, a few rounds of resistance-based exercises, and finally some light yoga. The transitions were very well coordinated, and music was bomb. It was a full-body workout and every minute there would be something different, so it was never boring. I liked that there were videos of the resistance exercises playing during the activity so you could work on your form, and it was nice to be able to do everything at your own pace. There were people of all fitness levels there and plenty of space for everyone! It's $69 for the 1st month then $169/month for unlimited classes, $89 for 4 classes, or $129 for 8 classes.
