That Hot yoga class in Naples- i've done Bikram Yoga all around the world highly recommend anyone coming here

I have been going to this studio with my mom for almost 2 years now and it's the best! I first discovered the 26&2 practice here and fell in love with it. This is the first time I have had a consistent and steady yoga practice, and it is all thanks to this studio. All of the teachers are wonderful and deeply care about you and your practice. They gently guide you and motivate you, and you can tell that they are there to support you. They are always available for questions and you can definitely feel their care and presence. The studio is well-kept and clean, and the flooring helps me to stay steady and deepen my practice. I always enjoy the classes I take, whether it be 26&2 or their other offerings, each one is amazing! The community here is so loving and I have made many friends here. My mom and I love coming here regularly and will keep coming! I went to an evening class, I hate to post a bad review, but I did not have a good experience. The teacher repeatedly calls you out if you're not conforming to exactly what she wants. I've never experienced that in a yoga practice before, it took any enjoyment away. I would try another instructor except the studio smells terribly like a an old gym/dirty feet. The flooring is a soft fuzzy material that I don't think can be cleaned easily. read more

Friendly, clean, understanding, kind, supportive peers, excellent teachers, professional.

I started coming here in May 2024. Physically, emotionally and mentally spent. I had lost my job, put on weight and felt the strain of very intensive work life rearing up in my old injuries. (Torn and replaced ACL, foot crushed from a motorcycle accident). Whilst I was "fit" I was unhealthy. Over the course of the year I have attended every class offered (Original, 26+, Core, Shape Shifting, Pilates etc) and say with 100% confidence that in every class, with every instructor and each experience you attend it will improve your life. Whether it is just a laughing with fellow yogis, feeling peace or watching you body change. In a year, I am still no where near the splits but my mental clarity has amped up, my confidence grown (I also have grown about 1/2 inch taller) and lost a few pounds. Most importantly I do not wake up in pain. Additionally there is an element of reality of being in a 110F degree room with 20+ adults doing physical work which will mean, sweat and smells. We are human (maybe they should try goat yoga??). The call outs are to help improve your posture. If you talk to the instructor prior about something you are working on they will aid you through class, similarly if you are like "can you just let me be in class today", they would gracefully nod and comply. Essentially from my experience, the complaints I have read have all to do with being human. This is a human experience. read more

Decided to try this studio while on vacation. I should have read more of the reviews. The smell from walking into the studio was horrendous. The studio felt very unclean. Made the whole experience feel "yuck" with the smell, dirty locker rooms and wet studio floor. I've been to many studios across the country and always so fun to try a new experience, this was really disappointing. read more

Very unkind. I was getting too hot and overheated and I felt like I was going to faint, so I walked out and the lady was so rude about it.

Here is where you get the most bang for your buck! I have been doing yoga for 40 years. I've done all different types of yoga and without a doubt they're all good practices, however this yoga practice at hot yoga Naples offers the practitioner many many benefits that gives this the top rating! Hot yoga Naples offers the 26 postures and 2 breathing experiences. And it is done in a hot room! I found this yoga or maybe it found me 14 years ago! :-) and I have been practicing on the average four days a week. One nice thing I learned early on was that I didn't need to be perfect, as each posture was a work in process and to this day still is. It's interesting that some people will say, "oh no I can't do yoga", so unfortunately they never get started. The important thing to know is that everyone can do yoga, but different people start in different places. You're not doing it for other people, it is totally for you. It's about progressing along your journey at whatever pace you go. And no matter where you start you will receive benefits as you move along your path. One of the best things I like about hot yoga is the way you feel after you've finished your class.! It's like a reset for your body mind and soul. The sweating is cleansing, the stretching of every single part of your body increases the blood flow and there is a huge sense of accomplishment. And with daily practice you begin to see life in completely different ways. The things that would irritate you become much less significant as you learn to let go on the yoga mat.You become stronger physically mentally and emotionally! And it doesn't matter where you start. Steady practice guarantees results; that's just the way it is, that's the way it works. So if you wanna have a healthy life and live long start your hot yoga today! Put Yoga on your schedule and give it a priority just like brushing your teeth. If you think that Yoga is not for everybody, I'm sorry you're mistaken. That's like saying life is not for everybody. This place is the original Naples hot 90 yoga. Still crushing it and exceeding the standard for how this 'beginners yoga' can be shared and enjoyed by our community. Friendly, educational, inspiring, motivated teachers guide and teach us students through the postures. Hot Pilates and other classes have been added recently. Yoga gear/clothes for sale......refreshments too. Mats/towels for rent if needed. Showers are great. Monthly FREE class has returned. read more

The smell as you walk in and the smell throught the facility is terrible. Sweat with stink in the air. Didn't feel it was clean. Floor in studio is some fuzzy material-how do they clean and how often. Would not go back just for this reason. Ursula calls people out for not doing things correctly. What an exhilarating experience! My friends and I went here to try Bikram Yoga for the first time. It was intense, it was a little uncomfortable, but it was all worth it! 90 minutes of going through the various poses and sweating all the bad stuff out! You almost feel 5 pounds lighter. Be sure to bring a big towel and a yoga mat. If it's your first time there, they'll let you borrow some for free... But better just bring it anyways. Bring lots and lots of room temperature water! They recommend it to I guess keep your body neutral. Also try not to wear too much clothing. Yes, everyone in the class is scantily clad.. But for how much you sweat, you'll soon understand why minimal clothing is best. I'd recommend going there at least 15 minutes before the class starts if you're signing up for the first time. They have paperwork for you to fill out. They have a great student rate of $12 a class. For my first class, I did get a little dizzy at one point from the heat. But just focus on breathing, take a little break if needed, and you should be able to make it through! If I can do it, you can do it! Jim Mahon, owner and proprietor of the original Bikram Yoga studio in Ft. Myers, Florida, has changed not only my life, but the lives of many in the Ft. Myers, Florida area. I moved to Ft. Myers 16 months ago from Vermont, (originally NJ). I was a Bikram Yoga enthusiast for over 8 years; however, never, ever have I had a teacher/mentor like Jim. Bikram Yoga is his passion... His life... and what keeps him perpetually young and philosophical. Not only does he teach according to Bikram Choudhury's original script, but he embellishes with his own experiences (as Bikram's student back in the San Francisco/ Los Angeles days). His stories resonate with his students and leave imprints on our hearts and souls. Jim is tough... There's no "cheesecake" here at this bare-bones studio. Our life's lessons consist of learning to be "comfortable" in the "uncomfortable"... This is not "fluffy-Duffy" yoga... There are no candles, no incense, no massages in savassanah; rather we learn that if we can calm our minds and bodies here, we can do so (easily) in the real world, where life often throws a wrench in our schedules and plans. At Bikram Yoga Ft. Myers, we learn in the 26 postures we try that yoga is the ultimate do-over. We don't typically get do-overs in our conversations with loved ones or those who have a knack for pushing our buttons... We don't get to fine-tune or finesse all the things we wish we said or had done. But, in our asanas, we learn that we have limitless do-overs. Every time we come to out mat, we have an opportunity to begin again in every pose we've ever practiced. Each time I step on my mat, I get another chance to practice what is hard and beautiful so I can become a more refined human being off the mat. We sweat, we stumble, we swerve and shine and are grateful to have the opportunity to practice all we need to... On and off the mat. Thank you, Jim... I have been practicing hot yoga for more than 10 years at this studio. It has been a beneficial miraculous physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experience. I have learned that it is in the doing not the preconceived notions and illusions our ego threatens us with that the truth lies. Everything we want and need is on the other side of fear. Don't feel good today, practice anyway. Don't want to sweat, practice anyway. Feeling really great, practice anyway. This Yoga is always a challenge and never disappoints. I feel that the community here has come into greater depths, maturity and sacredness. Folks are there to practice, look within, and know that there is always more to learn. I find the people friendly and studio very clean. I love that there is a master healer in the back of the studio anchoring the space. My only tif is that Bikram's name is still the way to describe this place. How about "hot 26" or "hot asana"?.. Or something other then his name. I do my best to keep a series going at this studio and practice as much as possible. read more

After attending hot yoga classes at this Naples studio for past 6 months, I am confident to confirm the exceptional level of cleanliness, professionalism and true dedication that all their seasoned teachers possess. As new student in December, I was warmly welcomed. Even to this day, after 73 classes here and elsewhere, I return to my favorite studio always greeted by name and personally recognized in class for going further than my normal posture. If a correction regarding my posture was needed (rarely!), it was handled subtly without embarrassing me. Surprisingly, I've yet to be reprimanded for my excessive water breaks. Bikram is not easy; water is my escapism! Not been thrown out for guzzling flavored water to date. Thank you! These superb all women instructors have had the training and exceptional experience to know my shortcomings/weaknesses (overdoing the water & makeup) and how to motivate me to seek the next higher level of mindfulness & health. It's taken me awhile but I'm worth it! Love our collective group energy. They have proven engaging stimulating - all for one; one for all. Nobody cares what you look like but rather that you stay in the room finishing celebrating at end of 90 mins our accomplishment. When I don't feel like pushing myself, dying to walk out of room, I simply meditate focus follow their experienced dialogue which has proven transformational... mind, body and soul! Indeed this improvement of focus and self discipline has become evident in several areas of my life. Notably, my posture has improved like when standing in grocery checkout line after long day. In the past, I'd be tired, impatient and slumping from low blood sugar having no energy. Now more self disciplined after practicing 90 mins of Bikram at least 3xweek, my consistency of maintaining proper posture, staying hydrated daily and sleeping deeper coupled with making wiser food choices have become doable reality. I'm not as tired as I was before practicing yoga! And I lost 5-7lbs, without trying, and look feel better back in my old clothes (yes even old jeans!) call that a financial benefit. I've even saving more money since not going for froufrou facials since the obnoxious amount of sweat purges clogged pores & blackheads making my skin glow. Helps if I don't wear the makeup, you think? For sure, multitude of rewards when spending time at Naples Hot Yoga vs anywhere else are undoubtedly realized by all devotees. . The class was great. Extremely money hungry. Cator to the locals with prices. packages expire after 30 days. I bought a 10 class package( which shockingly expires in 30 days). I had five class left, that I paid for. I came in on day 39 and was told my package had expired and I needed to buy a new package( even tho I had five classes left) Very Frustrating and NOT the meaning of promoting good karma read more
