Spoke with a representative on 1/8/2025, who told me I was required to come in person to cancel. I explained that I have moved out of state and can't, so I would need to cancel the membership over the phone. After putting me on hold because it was against protocol, I was hurriedly promised a cancelation notice would be sent via email. It never was. I called repeatedly in the subsequent days because nothing was ever sent, but no one picked up the phone. I was then charged again on 1/14/25 despite canceling the membership but still had no proof of cancelation as promised. When I called, the representative who finally picked up claimed that the notice was sent (it was not) then kept me on hold while he hurriedly backdated the cancel notice and emailed it to me with the wrong dates of cancelation. It should be a red flag that they are this restrictive in cancelations. Avoid at all costs.

I will say that this is a smaller 24 hour gym, so it obviously won't compete with LifeTime, Crunch, or Vasa; however, it was definitely adequate. You can easily make do and rip a solid lift for any and all muscle groups. One major piece of advice: try to go at a time when no one is there. If there are more than a few people there, you'll probably have to wait on equipment - luckily I didn't have to wait, but I could foresee that being an issue. The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.

It ended up being weakness in my last two toes which Jason had an exercise for along with the rest of the weak parts in my body. This is a group HIIT workout gym where they have a set schedule of their classes Monday through Saturday. I have tried out many different group fitness style gyms and this one is the best by far. I love how they explain all of the exercises prior to starting, but they also check on everyone to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. I think this is HUGE in maintaining a great workout and preventing injury. This gym is phenomenal and you can see how they've really built a strong community.
