I had Dwayne, and…read morehe was amazing at keeping us energized and motivated with his constant energy and encouragement! The SPENGA class is divided into 3 different activities 20 minutes each: cycling, a few rounds of resistance-based exercises, and finally some light yoga. The transitions were very well coordinated, and music was bomb. It was a full-body workout and every minute there would be something different, so it was never boring. I liked that there were videos of the resistance exercises playing during the activity so you could work on your form, and it was nice to be able to do everything at your own pace. There were people of all fitness levels there and plenty of space for everyone! It's $69 for the 1st month then $169/month for unlimited classes, $89 for 4 classes, or $129 for 8 classes.

Golden Gate Napels location . locationComplaint Regarding Phone Interaction and Request for Manager…read more I am expressing my concern about a recent phone interaction I had with your front desk staff. Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. I won't be coming to that gym at all you can even allow to people to sing when they're working out... fk the gym fk the team is disgusted and not professional at all ... and I give a one start bc is no other choice .

I also love the friendly staff at the front and the way this studio is organized. I love how roomy the lobby and hallway are as well as the fitness studio. The really cool thing I noticed about this studio are the treadmills. They must be the newest OTF treadmills I've ever seen cause they are a different font and they tell you how much incline you've done during your workouts. I loved that feature. They also have roughly 17 spots on each group. Bigger than my studio of 13 per group. Very popular place to be during spring break so schedule your workouts early!

House of HIIT isn't just a gym--it's a second home, a recovery center, and a family all in one…read more A year ago, after my ACL surgery, I was nervous about getting back into training. But from the moment I walked back into House of HIIT, everything changed. The coaches didn't just welcome me--they walked with me through my recovery, modifying workouts and encouraging me every step of the way. I'm now faster, stronger, and more confident than I was before the injury. The workouts are intense, creative, and effective--but it's the people who make this place special. The community here is unreal. Everyone shows up for each other. You're not just another face in the crowd--you're family. We push each other, celebrate wins, and grow together. That kind of atmosphere is rare and powerful. If you want real results, real support, and a place where you belong, House of HIIT is it. Thank you HOH! Will Boyle
