She gave me a full tour, walked me through the schedule, set me up with a mat and towel and explained everything I needed to know about the sauna and what to expect. She even checked in on me halfway through my session just to make sure I was good. At the end she took the time to go over all my membership options knowing I'm from out of town but trying to stay on top of my fitness. That kind of attention and care goes a long way. The free class was a great way to experience everything and I left genuinely impressed. If you haven't tried it yet, go. You won't regret it.

One of the best things about classes at OTF is that even though they are designed to be High Intensity Interval Training, the coaches are always willing to work with members to prevent injuries, offering alternative movement suggestions, etc. Even in season, space in classes typically remains available, and there is a great mix of young and old pushing themselves to get better. On top of that, he's helped me build a meal plan so I can eat healthier and get even better results. I will say that this is a smaller 24 hour gym, so it obviously won't compete with LifeTime, Crunch, or Vasa; however, it was definitely adequate. You can easily make do and rip a solid lift for any and all muscle groups. One major piece of advice: try to go at a time when no one is there. If there are more than a few people there, you'll probably have to wait on equipment - luckily I didn't have to wait, but I could foresee that being an issue. The only (small) qualm I had was that there weren't any fans in the gym. Thanks y'all!

I was NOT informed that you must keep this membership for 3 months ($528 mind you). They made me pay out the rest of the contract before being able to cancel. Now a month later they are charging my account again AFTER I SAT WITH THE MANAGER AND CANCELLED. I'm incredibly displeased and disgusted with their operations.
