B Fitness offers a variety of classes throughout the day including TRX, barre, Pilates, yoga , total body conditioning, and a Men's class. Every class I have taken has been a fabulous workout, including all muscle groups, lots of great equipment including bands, kettle balls, balls, steps and (obviously) weights and the TRX straps. I absolutely love that the instructors do not repeat exercises, making every class varied including the warm up and cool downs. David , Marguerite and Kim are particularly talented, encouraging and have great music. I love the small extras the instructors do to make this place unique. One example is during the cool down, the lights are turned off and a black light is used for a truly relaxed moment. The layout of B Fitness is well designed. All the equipment has its place and the space is clean and meticulous. Honestly I will miss B Fitness when I return home to Dallas!

The club members act like club members, being very friendly and supportive. They keep the place clean, dress appropriately, do not make unnecessary noises, and almost always re-rack the weights and clean the equipment. Although I don't go there primarily due to the pro-liberty posters, photos, and wall inscriptions that are on display, being a patriot myself, it does add to my experience. This box was about a 40 minute drive but I liked the work outs that were posted so I chose this one. The first day Adam really broke down the snatch and revealed a ton of problems in my form. He gave me some mobility things to work on and then we had a pretty fun but tough workout. I've been doing crossfit for about 2 years now and thought I was doing stuff correctly. In 2 days Adam has helped me more than I could've had imagined. I have a LOT to take home and even more to work on. I appreciated his attention to detail and really how he picked me apart it was a huge learning curve for me. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good workout and a coach that truly knows what he is doing. I would love to come back but unfortunately i live in California so 2 days is all I get. If I lived here this would be my box no doubt about it. They are actively working on adding new equipment, just got an Arsenal pendulum squat machine. Front desk has been on top of everything as well, friendly and staffed until 8pm every day with 24 hour access for members. Hroup classes include jui jitsu, Zumba, yoga, and strength and conditioning. They also opened up a posing room for 360 degree view of your physique, adding lots of support for the local and visiting bodybuilders. Best personal training in the area! This is THE best gym in the area!!

I have asked for a refund of the membership fees, since making the request for cancellation. I have called several times but can never reach a manager or get a return call from one. I have escalated this with the Attorney General.
