The sound of a waterfall fills the room, immediately relaxing you, I was greeted right away and was told that ERIN, my nail tech was setting up everything and to make myself comfortable. Which was not hard to do! All around the room are samples of all kinds of different products, from lotions to hand scrubs; they had it all. I even helped myself to their complimentary coffee bar! Ive been to Oasis about 5 times so far and one visit they even had FREE/COMPLIMENTARY messages! You just cant beat that. This is just the beginning. I haven't even left the lobby room yet.walk into the room where all the magic happens and im blown away again by how up-to-date and modern the design of the solon is. ERIN shows me to my seat and right away she gets started. As shes getting the old nail polish off my nails she asked me a few questions just to get to know my style of nail a little better before starting her work. After that, the ice was broken and we spoke to each-other the entire time. She was just so easy going and bubbly i couldn't help myself. It was contagious! Subsequently, I scheduled a second visit. When I arrived at the second visit, I was informed that there is a co-pay. I stated to the receptionist that I got little out of the first session but, because there was no out of pocket cost to me, I came back for a second visit. I informed them that their service was not worth a co-pay of $40 so I left. Subsequently, I received a bill for the first visit (the visit that I was informed repeatedly would cost me nothing out on pocket). I called Collins and talked to Amber to explain fully why I wouldn't be paying for the first visit. She told me it was my obligation to pay it and there is no exceptions. Based on the way I was treated, I wouldn't ever consider going back to Collins.
