I've wobbled into Midpoint Chiropractic Center a few times year over the last couple years. I am always greeted by the friendly and helpful girls up front. Tricia and Danielle make you feel welcome and comfortable. Then you get to Frank.... What can I say besides... He's Great!!! The guy knows how to crack a back and get me straight back on my feet. I never made it in to actually see Dr. Casdia. I had been told to be there at a certain time. There was a bad accident near my home which made me 10 to 12 minutes late. One of the two receptionists greeted me by looking at me and then the clock. She said, "I told you to be here at 10:30" to which I replied, "I know. I'm sorry. There was an accident". She asked if I had completed the medical history which she had informed me on the phone she would do with me when I arrived. When I told her this, she snapped back, "That was IF you were here when I told you to be". The other younger woman then took over and began giving me the insurance information. I was so distraught and angry with the way I had been treated, I said I was leaving, told them I didn't like her attitude, and left. Good luck keeping patients here. read more

Loved my experience and effects of Dr Casdia. Came to him with numbness in fingers due to neck issues, I was getting massages every other week with no relief. 48 yrs old never been to a chiropractor and within 3 weeks the numbness is gone and I no longer have the reoccurring neck and shoulder discomfort. I visited on Tuesday, 12/21 for a bad back pain. First, they charged me the wrong amount for my insurance deductible - should have been $15 copay for my plan - instead they said it was $45. I confirmed again with my insurance co that night, that it should only have been $15. Next day I arrived for my adjustment and they charged me another $45 - saying they have to "go with what's on their screen". I was immediately on the phone to my insurance, they confirmed once again that it should only be $15. They were calling Midpoint immediately to clarify this. Midpoint said they can not take any "verbal" from anyone on a copay - they must go by "the screen". I have to say, the woman at the office was very rude. Did not even try to help me rectify the problem. She was huffy and puffy and only said "I have to go with what's on my screen". SHE WAS'NT EVEN SITTING AT THE SCREEN! I was told I would get a refund of my money, once insurance went through - that could be 2-3 weeks. In the meantime I am out $90 ($60 of which I did not plan on). I am sure they are not doing without, like I am. It was the last money I had in my account. And, I do not feel any better than I did 2 days ago. I hope that someone reads this, and does something about the woman that was so very miserable and disconcerting. There is no "customer service" here at Midpoint Chiropractic. My next step will be to go to Wink News to have a live review of this problem. read more
