I contacted Sam (owner) with Swisher Pest Control, around 9 AM on a Saturday. A raccoon entered my parents home. It was very concerning since they are both in their 90s. I shared that information with Sam. Although he was taking a Saturday off, he agreed to come out right away, and was there within twenty minutes. He located and removed the raccoon quickly. It was a good thing, since it appeared to be very pregnant, and was probably in the process of finding a nice nesting area. Needless to say, crisis averted..Thanks to Sam's quick response. I contacted several other companies, but none could come out quickly enough. Oh, and his fee was very reasonable for an emergency call. Will contact Sam again for other pest services in the future. We have used Swicher since the company started and have always been satisfied. They are very knowledgeable telling you what you are dealing with and how they will treat for the problem. When scheduling conflicts arise they happily help to reschedule at our convenience. Swisher was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely nice guys and, and in addition, honest, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. Truly as good as it gets. I live in California, but my mom, a senior citizen, lives in Texas and had a problem with rats in her attic. She called one of the big national companies who were charging her a fortune, taking way too long and were incredibly challenging for her to get ahold of on the phone. It was very stressful for her. So, I went on yelp, found Swisher, called, and explained my mom's situation to the owner, Mr. Swisher. He assured me he would get my mom's pest situation taken care of promptly. And, sure enough, he was out at my mom's house the next day and they started work almost immediately. Exceptional customer service and honest pricing. They actually saved us from paying nearly double with a major pest control company. We had a mouse that died in our attic, and the only way that they could pinpoint and remove it was by removing the insulation and replacing it, which we needed to do anyway so we went for it. It wasn't cheap, but it would've cost much more elsewhere. They also set up traps, sealed all holes to prevent other mice from entering our home and completely disinfected our attic. I feel absolutely compelled to review Swisher Pest Control. I had squirrel(s) literally destroying my cedar elm tree by ripping up the bark. Swisher dropped off 2 live traps and let me manage the squirrel relocation myself, which was great because I caught 10 squirrels and simply walked them to the bayou for a new home that didn't involve killing my precious tree. The team was friendly, and professional. I would also add that I sent desperate emails to several companies at 3am Sunday morning and Swisher was the ONLY one to get back with me that day. Sam was a blast to work with, and he texted frequently to be sure things were going well. His team was fabulous. I can not recommend this company more highly! We had a swarm of termites and called Swisher for help. They were on their way to inspect the same day within just an hour or two. Quentin did a thorough inspection and answered all of our questions. We had another pest control company out to get a second quote for comparison's sake, and they recommended less service for almost the same price, so we chose Swisher.
