As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Deanne who told us to let her know if we have any questions. The store was nicely arranged and I loved how there were so many samples to try. We were looking at the eye creams and Deanne offered to test the caffeine eye cream on me which was really kind of her. My friend ended up buying a travel size hand cream and Deanne gave us a bunch of samples of the eye cream. Overall, the products are a little pricey but they are high-quality and make perfect gifts. I really like their lotions. This store also offers complimentary mini facials and free delivery on all items. Deanne was awesome!! She was super helpful and answered all our questions. Then we move onto group facial starting with a pumpkin-seed peel, and a fresh mask Mondana blends right in front of you. And the stuff in the mask...wowmanuka honey, $500/bottle ginseng extract, organic blueberries, collagen peptide to name a few. After the mask was done, we finished our treatment with toners and moisturizers that she recommends for different skin types. The evening was topped with a very soothing hand massage with a massage oil of our choosing. I think Essentique's facial night is perfect for a girl's night out. I've done mani-pedi nights before, but often times the chairs can be far apart and it's hard to socialize. Essentique's setting is beautiful and serene but intimate at the same time. Perfect for relaxing and chit-chatting after a long day at work. My friends were so relaxed and happy. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the products you try, but my personal favorites are the Uplift Facial Cleanser and Luminescence hand and body polish - both have absolutely changed my life. The cleanser has the BEST smell to it, so I actually look forward to washing my face every day (haha!) What makes it worse is that employees from other departments don't seem willing or available to step in and help when customer service gets overwhelmed. It also seems like management is more focused on other things than actually taking care of the customers standing there waiting. At the end of the day, the customers are what keep the store running, so you'd think customer service would be a bigger priority. Hopefully management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the experience.
