Swig was on my list of must trys for this Utah trip. We were passing by Spanish Fork so we decided to stop by this location. The drive-thru was a bit difficult to navigate because the way the cars were lining up, it was blocking the exit which was inconvenient. For a bit it seemed like only 1 of the lanes was opened until a worker started directing cars to the second lane. The girl taking orders was very straight to the point which wasn't bad. Hula Girl (4/5): This had a soda base of Sprite with Lemonade. The flavor and fresh fruit included mango, pineapple, strawberry, and coconut cream. It was actually refreshing without being too sweet. I think the coconut cream was a bit too overpowering so the fruit flavor was a bit lost. I would probably come back to Swig and try other drinks. It is an interesting concept that I can get behind. Kids and wife loved it and the Dad loves the prices. Staff was great. Was curious about the pretzel bites and cookies. Next time.

Stopped by the first location we came across during a roadtrip and was pleasantly surprised by the soda shop the kids are raving about. This drive thru location was super busy, two lanes full and into the surrounding businesses parking lot, making the wait time longer than expected for a soda. However, we were treated by a generous patron with coupons for a free drink! Had we not gotten lucky, drinks would've been about $4 ea. The Hula Girl tasted like a Hawaiian vacation and the Polar Punch Reviver was refreshing while being decadent with the added coconut cream. So many options and varieties, who knew soda could be as versatile as coffee? (totally a Starbucks for soda) read more

Every time I try to get a drink here they make it regular. I need diet as a diabetic. I have been sick from these people making me the wrong drinks and if it keeps happening I have legitimate grounds to sue. I can't tell sometimes because of the flavor add ins, but the times that I can tell, I go have them remake it and EVERYONE in the shop is pissy and they make my drink terribly afterwards. I don't know what the hell has happened the last 4 months but I used to get my drink made right literally every order, I never second guessed them. I don't need the syrups sugar free as they are dosed in small amounts that hardly affect my blood sugar, it's the actual soda that needs to be diet. I might keep coming here and letting them get my drink wrong so I can sue. But I really just want my shit made right the first time. read more

Worst experience ever we always get your Stanley's refilled at any swig and this was our first time at this location and you didn't want to refill your cups become "it's not a swig tumbler" that is insanely ridiculous. read more

Swig is the absolute best drink spot around Utah. I love it so so much, especially the one in Spanish Fork!!!

At multiple locations, including this one, I have had the issue where workers wont tell you if they have to make alterations to your drink because they are out of a specific purée or syrups. Please let the customer know if you are out of something because they are not going to want a drink that tastes nothing like they ordered. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We pulled right up to the window. The girl working there was there at the window but never looked at us. She was filling ice buckets. She never acknowledged us. We sat patiently to give our order for five minutes, the whole time, she was right in front of us, never said a word. We finally, kindly said that we were in a little bit of a rush because we had to to be to a wedding. It was loud enough that she heard us but still never acknowledged us. Swig is a full customer service based business. Acknowledge your customer! We finally drove off. We will never be back. read more

I came to swig in Spanish fork in the morning in my way out of town. When I arrived the sign outside said stop here to order. After waiting a few minutes no employee was outside to take my order. I pulled around to the window and a rude employee told me he could not take my order I had to pull back around and have my order taken by the outside (non existent) employee. I told him no one was out there, he said well he's coming out now so pull back around if you want a drink. I left that seemed a extreme especially by then there were other cars in line. I go to SWIG, I feel often, my home is probably 20+ minutes away, but I will drive to or Google where the closest SWIG is for a drink. A few days ago I stopped for a drink, a 24 oz Raspberry Dream with light ice. I asked when I picked it up from the window if it had light ice, they assured me it was. I left and headed down the road, not long afterwards finishing my drink, which is unusual for me to finish that quickly. I looked and my cup was more than half still full of ice... even after the drink was finished. I called the Spanish Fork SWIG where I had gotten the drink, not the Macey's SWIG, and told them. They said to stop in and they would replace it with a "sorry " drink. I stopped by today to get my "sorry" drink and they said they would not do it, I had to have come back the same day. I didnt know they would only honor it the same day. I didn't even go back to Spanish Fork that day. I was mad that they would not honor what they said they would do. I've been pretty loyal to SWIG, but if this is what they are going to do I have a lot of other options for drink places. Will you please make this right with me and offer to replace my drink? This had left a really bad taste for me with SWIG. I have tried to contact SWIG corporate office with no luck. Their website just churns when I try to leave a message. read more
