It was all swell and all until I realized there was no alcohol in these drinks. Thumbs down.

Slow. Very slow. Plan on spending 10-30 minutes (or more) at a busy time. The workers may take your order, but not alert you to the length of the wait. The drive through seems to be prioritized. As someone who doesn't live in Utah, I had no idea about the whole concept of " dirty sodas" until I saw the show that if you know you know. So I promise I would go and check it out for my friends back home. I'm not a crazy soda drinker, but I have to say I was very impressed with the product I received. On top of that like much of Utah I can't say enough about the wonderful people who worked there and we're so kind and patient with my indecisive ability to pick which type of drink. In my defense, it's hard to know if you've never tried a soda with flavors added it. I was lucky enough to come to the shop when the kind and generous and helpful general manager was there and I can't say enough good things about how amazing of a job. This young man does. He was literally finished with work and about to leave and generously stayed with this wonderful wife who was picking him up and they both helped me pick a drink. I was more than content and happy with. I would definitely come again. The customer service is some of the best I've ever had in any of my consumer experience, the drink was beyond my expectations and it was a clean positive environment. If you haven't been to Utah before, or I should further specify that too if you have never tried a soda from any of the similar shops, I feel confident in saying you should come here and you won't be disappointed !! read more

The employees were so rude and acted very annoyed that we were there. I wish I would've gotten her name because she rolled her eyes at everything I said. All of our drinks tasted off and not how they normally are. It's like they don't put any effort at all. Very disappointed and it makes me not wanna go back to this location. read more

A 20 minute wait to get a drink is absolutely ridiculous! I've never had a problem at any other Swig location, but this one is hands down the worst. It looks like they have many reviews reporting this same issue over several months yet there doesn't appear to be any attempts to rectify the problem. read more

When I order the founder drink they don't add the coconut cream and my cup is like 3!4 full if ice. I don't get my money worth.

I literally sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. I never did get my drink and there were six cars in front of me who were still waiting for their drinks when I was able to get out of the drive-through line. I'm so pissed off that it's worth going through the hassle of getting a charge back for my four dollars. There's tons of these types of places in Southwest Utah - go to literally any of the other ones. read more

Dude. Stopped in with my sister to grab a drink, we decided to go through the drive-thru. We sat in a line of cars for like twenty minutes before even having our order taken by an employee. Then when we finally did get our order taken the girl taking it took it wrong and charged us for an extra drink. My sister bless her heart was too nice to say anything. Then we finally got to the window and waited another five or ten minutes to be handed our drinks. Now look, if you're understaffed with a busy lobby, I get a mildly long wait, but (speaking from experience) making two drinks shouldn't take you 25 minutes when there's one customer inside. Seemed like there were a couple of workers standing around in the back as well. Don't know if I'll be coming back. read more

I'd recommend Swig on Mall Drive, but not the new on Bluff. The one on Mall is fast and efficient in getting our order and making sure it was right. The drinks were great on a hot day and we enjoyed them. The one on Bluff has a few kicks to work out. read more

Great drinks !!! Today I had a very refreshing strawberry coconut drink that was very hydrating with real strawberries in it. Service was excellent as always... I have visited this location at least 20 times....It is addicting in a good way. Santa Clara is happy to have this Swig drive through in our neighborhood !!!! read more

when i tell you they take the longest to make a drink, im not exaggerating. we had people asking my group how long it took them to take our order to make sure they wouldn't be waiting a long time waisting their time. the drive thru is so long so it doesn't make a difference going inside, its all going to be long and take up your time. if you go inside to this location to order, its going to take just as long, maybe even longer because the times i've gone in there they seem to have put the drive thru first before the people waiting inside. the ambiance of the building is pretty mid and looks like any other place, a little unwelcoming though i may add. overall, the drinks aren't worth the wait, go somewhere else if you want something. don't recommend. read more

I have never written a review in my life but I need this to be fixed!! I'm so sad because I love swig but I will probably stop coming back to this location. Every time without fail my drink is made wrong, even if I order one of the ones they have on the menu. The purée is bad, not enough syrup, something is missing. I think this location probably just has poor training for their employees because the same drink from another location tastes completely differently from this location, or if you order a drink from here one day it doesn't taste the same the next. Hair in my drink and they were super casual about it like it's normal, gave me a new one but not coming back

Every time we have come to this location the young lady taking the orders finds a long lost friend and talks and talks. The last time we came we were 2nd in line and waited for 20 minutes! It doesn't take that long to give a drink order and there were 2 people behind us. She was aware that we were there, but just kept talking and talking. We could hear the conversation and it wasn't about drinks. read more
