The staff were welcoming and helpful and the shop was well-kept. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and the Thai Tea with Boba, both drinks came out pretty fast and my first sip wasn't until I left the shop. Unfortunately, the taro tea was very weak and lacking flavor. The Thai tea was a little better, but not quite sweet enough (there was no adjustment on sugar level). Lastly, the boba was very overcooked - mushy and with no brown sugar flavor. We came in the middle of the day, so I was a bit surprised that both drinks were subpar. Not sure if it was just on off day for the shop, but I hope it isn't like this all the time!

My drink was ok, I had the Thai tea. Though I wasn't impressed with the tapioca pearls, which were overcooked, and a little short on flavor. It was probably just a one off, but I didn't have time to go back and have another drink made. I'm hoping next time will be better.

They are open a bit later than other restaurants during weeknights and I'm very appreciative of that!! Ordered the Acai Bowl minus honey and added on fresh Pineapple for an additional fee. Sadly it only came with about four tiny slices for the $1.79 extra, but the bowl itself made up for it. The Acai was fresh and nearly frozen but not too hard to take a bite. I was able to take my time eating the delicious bowl without the Acai thawing or becoming runny. Plenty of it in the bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. I also was craving a banana and they have those on the side for a small fee, or it's free with a wrap/burrito. Got the Chipotle Chicken Club minus the Chipotle Mayo and it was very fresh and filling. The way they grill their bread/wrap/tortilla gives it an amazing taste all by itself and I definitely will be back just for that! Store was very clean and the employees were friendly and attentive. Very impressed for a first time visitor and I definitely will be coming back again very soon. Highly recommend to others for a filling, protein filled, non-guilty food experience.

It's supposed to come with bananas, strawberries, and pineapple along with granola, Acai, and honey. They put way too much honey on the granola here and it doesn't taste normal. Or it could just be the fact that the Acai is completely rotten and old. It was already melting when my bowl was handed to me, and but the time I got home it was completely melted. They chop the pineapple so damn small you hardly receive any. Strawberries, bananas, and blueberries were fresh but the rotten Acai just ruined the whole thing. I've had much better Acai Bowls at other places for the same price. This was a one and done for me.

Being at Lagoon, I don't expect urgency. However, the issue was the staff man-handling the dough with no gloves. It was nasty, he was just standing there chatting with his buddies and playing with the dough like it was the newest fidget spinner. Using his gloveless digits going from the grimy register machine right back to the dough. Lucky it was fried at the end, it was hard to overcome the thought of the dough sticking between his fingers and nails. Not recommend, especially for other sweet options at Lagoon.

First time ever trying one of their "Grab 'n Go" vitamin shots but I definitely was left impressed. At only 2 oz and nearly $5 a pop, it was worth a shot (literally and figuratively). The Ginger Shot in particular is made out of orange juice, lemon juice, ginger juice, and cayenne pepper. I definitely have to say you should be a spicy lover such as myself because it does have a bit of a spicy kick. The combination of juices give it a somewhat sweet flavor but fortunately nothing overwhelming. Honestly, next time I go back I'm probably going to buy a dozen of these just to have in the fridge. My Acai Dream Bowl was overflowing with plenty of fruit and everything else in between; so once again, I left very satisfied with my visit.

She told us that to her it had too much pumpkin for her liking. We like pumpkin, so we decided to try it anyway. When our order was ready, there were two Pumpkin Pie Crunches and one Pumpkin Smash Smoothie. When we asked about the bowl, the cashier immediately blamed us and said we miscommunicated our order. I will be the first to admit and apologize when there's miscommunication, but I really felt like we communicated this thoroughly. We mentioned the bowl several times, but we could hear her telling her coworkers that we ordered the one thing....and then her coworker or supervisor mentioned "customer satisfaction." They made it right and we didn't get charged extra for the bowl, but I have a bad taste in my mouth with the way the cashier handled the situation and didn't take any accountability. 10/10/25: I highly recommend the Pumpkin Pie Crunch! I'm not even huge on pumpkin pie, but I LOVE this drink. It's like a delicious pumpkin pie times ten! The coconut mimics whip cream and the granola mimics the crust. If I could have one every day I would! This location was so nice and clean. The tables, chairs, and floor had all been wiped clean. Other locations aren't as clean as this one. The guy working here was pretty friendly, but my experience overall was just not impressive…read more The primary reason I give two stars is my family and I were ordered (and were the only customers in the store). As we were finishing our order, another customer came in and she clearly knew the guy working. As we were waiting for our two açaí bowls to be made. Her drink was prepared and served to her long before we ever got our bowls. This would maybe make sense if there had been two employees here making stuff and her drink was simply made faster than our, but there was only one guy working, so he prioritized her over us. Perhaps there is a justifying reason, but it's really just not a good look. The açaí bowls themselves were solid 6/10's. They weren't bad my any means, but I wish there was an option not to have them crammed with protein, because it causes the açaí to taste really chalky. The consistency was also not great. Both bowls seemed almost completely melted by the time we got them, so much so it ALMOST would have made more sense to eat them with straws. The location itself has a lot of empty space, and very little seating. While you won't be disappointed if you come, as the bowls were still a refreshing breakfast, I'd suggest you look elsewhere

While the ambiance Is beautiful and cozy and the baristas were very kind, they didnt make up for the pitfalls here. I was only the second person in the shop, and i was waiting at the counter for around 10 mins before being helped. I got a latte and a scramble, and they were a little overpriced in my opinion, but i did want to try a speciality latte so I suppose that's to be expected. I got their beetroot latte and to be honest that was the best thing about this experience!! It was so earthy, creamy, and warming, i loved it. No notes on my latte!! Now the food was not hitting for me. I got the breakfast scramble with sourdough toast and asked for no mayo. I received mayo. And the toast might have been the THINNEST sourdough ive ever seen??? Look at it! Idk. I love bread so i was expecting ... more than an eighth of an inch of it? Anyway, the scramble was meh and i just used napkins to wipe off the mayo. Just a bummer, i am probably going to other coffee shops over this one in the future.
