This location is closest to my parents house so I come here a lot. I like coming here to meet up with friends, the employees are always very friendly, and the service is fast. I had some issues about a year back where the baristas were incredibly rude to me & made fun of my name and made me wait AT THE WINDOW for about 20 minutes which was ridiculous but I'm 98% certain they no longer work there which is good. Unbelievable. This place is a crap shoot. Every order I place I'm wondering if it's going to be made right. Ask for light whipped cream, and get a cup and a half of it slopped on top. I ordered the same drink a couple days ago, and it tasted like ice and whip and no coffee, and that's with an espresso shot added. Other times I've ordered different beverages and the same results...bad. My wife however, orders her drinks and it's OK, most of the time.. Like I said a crapshoot. I have made complaints on 3 other occasions. I've received responses about how they want to make it right and how much they care. It's time to look elsewhere. read more

I went there 2/12/23 to get some breakfast before heading to work. I got there at 11 am and it was pretty busy so I wasn't sure if I could get something anymore so I wasn't late to work. But when I went in I asked them the cafe wait time and they said 2-5 min which was perfectly fine, I ordered a drink and food and waited. My drink didn't get out for another 10-15 min. At this point it was 11:20 and I had to go to work in 10 min and my food wasn't out yet, so i just left. Which thankfully I paid with a gift card but still. Im very understanding with service workers, as I am one and have dealt with so many things and angry customers but I genuinely was getting frustrated at this experience. There was a bunch of door dash tickets not getting done and a guy came in to get the order and they said it'd be done in 2 min and none got done while I was there. There was a lobby filled with people waiting on their stuff, and the cashier was just walking around not doing anything about it. I don't know how Starbucks works, but I've worked very similar drink jobs and I imagine it's pretty much the same. You've gotta find the balance between taking lobby orders, online, and drive thru and they did not have that balance. I'm pretty upset as i woke up early to get some breakfast as I usually skip breakfast when I have to work in the morning. I hope the manager sees this or one of the employees to make some changes because they need them. read more

Always amazed at how great this store and all of the employees are! Each time I go in I am greeted with a smile, asked about my day, and 9/10 they have my drink ready! Every employee here is amazing! Glad to call this location my Starbucks! Nikki, Kami, Cedric, Cameron, and Korbin are all wonderful! Such a huge Starbucks fan and have had it all over the country. This Starbucks is usually busy and clean. Only giving it 3 stars because when I make a custom order, such as adding something or eliminating something such as whip cream it never gets done if I go through the drive through, if I am standing right there it gets done about half the time. Normally I would chalk this up to them being busy but they write the details on the cup which I can see when I get it, makes it hard to ignore. I'm glad I'm not allergic to anything I ask them to eliminate. read more

Waited for 25 minutes at the drive-thru only to have our order messed up completely. Two of our drinks given to us were talls instead of grande even though we specified by saying medium. The label on the drinks say grande but are in tall cups. Then with our last drink they took off a bunch of stuff without asking us first. We corrected them several times but still kept messing up so we just left with the drinks they gave us. read more

This is by far my absolute favorite location. I'm a daily Starbucks fan. I have tried other coffee houses and ewwww. I get that mom and pop shops need local business to succeed but their quality is awful. Or when I'm in the drive thru at McDonalds and they ask me if I want one of their coffee drinks. Look, I don't go to Starbucks for a big Mac and I don't go to MickeyDees for my quad shot espresso in an iced tall. I have been contemplating moving but my requirements be that this Clinton location still be my local sbux. I've seen employees come and go and I've seen them at their worst but I've never seen them quit trying. And fwiw Chris the manager rocks. He takes care of issues but when things are great he always gives credit to the store baristas. read more

My son and I came in on a whim. I totally remember why I don't come to Starbucks anymore. The shift manager complained about working saturdays, there was no one left on the register to take orders until the line got 5 or 6 deep, she was snide and rude to customers and from now on I'll go the the Daily Grind in Clearfield. read more

I use to go to this one daily. And almost everyone was nice I usually got a tall with 3 shots then I added a shot and still tasted like milk for some reason the riverdale one made my drink the same all the time and Clinton was always milky so I quit going and changed to there competition and my drink is always the same everyday and never milky. read more

I'll start by saying when I walked in, I was the only one in line. I was looked at multiple times but not even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Finally someone from the back came to the front and helped me. Took my order and I paid. Only one person was making drinks as the other three just stood there. Nobody was in the drive thru so I figured it would be fast. A customer walked in directly after me and she was greeted immediately as I'm guessing she is a regular, which is great! But all 4 workers just stood there and visited for 20 minutes, not even bothering to make any drinks. I counted 10 cars in the drive thru and me who haven't got any of our drinks. 30 minutes pass, I still haven't gotten my drink but the regular customer has gotten her 3 drinks and I was STILL waiting for my ONE drink. They have NO concern for customers time! I finally just asked for my money back and left without my drink and all they did was laugh, didn't even apologize. By far the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. read more
