This drink they suggested is a new release and I got it with the energy drink. It tasted super sweet and lasted me all day. The drive thru experience was quick. I love Dutch bros! My go to is an iced golden eagle chai. I got put on it by a fellow cosmetologist and I've never looked back! The atmosphere is always so kind and uplifting which I love! Everyone is so friendly and they always ask me how my day is. The friendliness is what draws me in and keeps me coming back, next to their delicious drinks! I am beyond upset sitting in line right now. Got here extra early to beat the line but all the people coming in from the sides have been cutting. I haven't even moved because of this. We've heard great things about Dutch Bros Coffee, so we decided to stop by after our trip to Home Depot. We were absolutely blown away with how many options they had on their menu. Everything sounded delicious and we had the hardest time choosing just one drink. I finally settled on the Annihilator and my fiancé chose the Double Torture. We both got them hot and in a size large. The Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut breve) was okay. The coffee was really smooth, but the flavor wasn't quite what I was expecting. The Double Torture (extra double shot vanilla mocha) wasn't quite what my fiancé was hoping for, but I thought it was delicious. It was sweeter than the Annihilator and had more flavor. We were a little surprised with the sizes. We expected the large to be a little bigger than it was. I'm not sure how many ounces a large is and I couldn't find that information on their website. The inspirational messages on the coffee lids were pretty cool though! There was a long like in the drive-thru, but there were employees in both lanes taking orders and payment. It made the line go so fast and it was a breeze when we got to the window! The employees were all really nice! We will definitely go back and try something else. I'm a regular at dutch bros, though I normally go to their Centerville location on parish lane. I love the variety and usually, they're very consistent. This location is no where near the quality of my normal one. Why on earth are you charging people 7$ for a cup full of ice. When someone orders a 32oz coffee, they expect about 32oz of coffee. Not 10oz of creamer and the rest ice. The whole cup was so full of ice that i could barely stick a straw in there before taking a single sip. Incredibly disappointing. Sadly cause I moved I can't easily go back to the Centerville location, it looks like I'll have to cut the trips to dutch until they can do better read more

My husband and I stopped for coffee at 5:30 in the morning on our way to SLC. We were tired and needed a pick me up. Had never been there before and were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and cheerful the "broistas" were that early in the morning. They answered all our questions, and even asked about our plans for the day. And the coffee was the BEST I have had from a coffee shop. We will be back! read more

I've been going here for two years now.... It started out great but since then some of the employees that work here are ignorant. We ask for carMel on the bottom of our cups to the line simple request... we PAY OUR OWN MONEY for these drinks. We get attitude when they put an insane amount of Carmel in our drinks. Then we we tell them it's to much they barley put any. The last time they had to remake the golden eagle they put something else inside of in so ended up throwing it away. I am so sad that I can't go to my favorite drink place anymore because of these certain people. I've given my money to these people for two years. It's mind blowing to me how they treat people when they are the ones to make these mistakes. Especially when you ask for a request when you're ordering before they even make your drink. crazy right. I will no longer be doing business here. Hopefully they weed people out and get new employees in. read more

So my drink exploded which wasn't the employees fault at all but Mauricio was soooo sweet and offered to recoup the drink for me but at the end just decided to remake it. I had just had a not so great encounter with another employee (I asked for extra soft top and she said no) lol I was so embarrassed because I had never had anyone at Dutch tell me I couldn't have extra soft top but he was amazing and definitely made up for the off encounter. I went through the drive-through last week and I ordered a Kokomo oat milk and when I got to my home it did not taste like that so the person actually ordered me the wrong item I have contacted customer service they told me someone would call me the very next day it's been over that now I am being told they're going to send an email so obviously their communication is really awful seeing that one guy told me yes I am guaranteed a phone call the next day but another agent says no we cannot tell you that because we don't know when they'll get in contact with you so I can see why because they still have not contacted me via phone or via email I will just go back to supporting Starbucks read more

I love Dutch Bros, I literally go to the Dutch Bros by my house every day. I was out of town and stopped by this Dutch Bros in Layton. If this were my first experience, I would NEVER go to Dutch Bros again!! I ordered a drink for me, my husband and my son. I can only guess that they did not have enough people working, I have never had to wait at the walk up for very long. We waited for 25 minutes. My drink came out wrong, I ordered a cold pour and they prepared a cold brew. I can see the confusion, no big deal, it's happened before, they said they would fix it. Another 15 minutes later, after my husband and some are almost done with their drinks, my new drink comes out and it's another cold brew. They made me a third drink, this time it was correct. Also, I ordered my son a smoothie, as he was drinking it, he pulled three separate plastic pieces out before I finally told him to throw it away. Worst experience I have ever had!! read more
